🚨13-летний велосипедист погиб после столкновения с автомобильным прицепом в Башкирии
Накануне в селе Прибельский Кармаскалинского района произошло смертельное ДТП. В аварии погиб 13-летний ребенок. Все случилось приблизительно в 18 часов. 13-летний велосипедист ехал по Энергетической. Поворачивая на Салавата Юлаева, мальчик столкнулся с прицепом машины «Сузуки Джимни Сиерра», которая остановилась перед перекрестком.
Ребенка с травмами госпитализировали. К сожалению, он скончался в больнице.

🚨На лестничной клетке в МКД в Уфе загорелась оконная рама
Сегодня, 24 октября, в МЧС Башкирии поступило сообщение о пожаре в 24-этажном доме на улице Давлеткильдеева в Уфе. Спасатели незамедлительно выехали на место. Выяснилось, что загорелась пластиковая оконная рама на лестничной клетке между 11 и 12 этажами. Было сильное задымление. Пожарные эвакуировали 6 человек, в числе которых – один ребенок. Огонь потушен, пострадавших нет.
Предварительная причина ЧП – неосторожное обращение с огнем.

Один погиб, пятеро госпитализированы: в Башкирии в кювет опрокинулась иномарка
Накануне в Чишминском районе республики на дороге Самара – Уфа – Челябинск произошло смертельное ДТП. В восьмом часу вечера «Мазда 3» ехала со стороны Булгаково в направлении Самары. Водитель не справился с управлением, иномарка съехала в кювет и опрокинулась. Шофер погиб на месте. Еще 5 человек – 32-летняя женщина и четверо детей – были госпитализированы для осмотра.
Сотрудники ГАИ устанавливают все обстоятельства трагедии.

✈️Прямые рейсы зимой: из России можно улететь в 40 стран без пересадок
С 25 октября авиакомпании переходят на зимнее расписание – оно будет действовать до конца марта 2027 года. Аналитики АТОР подсчитали: если все пойдет по плану, этой зимой из России можно будет улететь прямыми рейсами в 40 стран и территорий.
Международные рейсы планируют выполнять 65 авиакомпаний – 15 российских и 50 иностранных. Вылеты будут как минимум из 40 российских городов. Больше всего зарубежных направлений традиционно из Москвы – 76. У Санкт-Петербурга – 34, у Новосибирска – 26, у Екатеринбурга – около 25. Уфа тоже есть в этом списке.
Зимой появятся новые рейсы в Паттайю из Екатеринбурга, Новосибирска и Красноярска, на Фукуок из Москвы и на Мальдивы из Новосибирска. Также выполняются прямые рейсы на Занзибар из Москвы. При этом к концу осени число рейсов в Анталью сократится примерно на 10%.

На трассе в Башкирии массово останавливают автобусы и такси
В Башкирии сегодня, 23 октября, на дороге М-7 «Волга» проводится рейд, направленный на повышение уровня безопасности в сфере пассажирских перевозок. Об этом сообщили в пресс-службе минтранса республики.
Сотрудники ГАИ останавливают автобусы и легковые такси, выполняющие перевозки пассажиров и багажа. Инспекторы проверяют техническое состояние транспортных средств и наличие всей документации. При ее отсутствии автомобили помещают на штрафстоянку.

По предварительным данным, подросток покончил с собой. Сейчас сотрудники правоохранительных органов устанавливают причины и обстоятельства произошедшего.

⚡️В Уфе выставили на продажу замок «Олимпик-парка»
В Уфе на одной из онлайн-платформ для размещения объявлений выставили на продажу масштабное здание – так называемый «Замок» на территории «Олимпик-парка». Объект расположен по адресу: улица Менделеева, 160/5. В объявлении указано, что площадь здания составляет 2 493 квадратных метра. Высота потолков 3 метра, отделка офисная. В здании есть отдельный вход с улицы, центральное отопление, а мощность электросети достигает 200 кВт (с возможностью увеличения).
Продажа проходит в формате аукциона с постепенным снижением цены. Стартовая стоимость на 14 октября составляла 108 млн рублей. Далее цена снижается по графику: к 26 октября она упадет до 99,3 млн, к 14 ноября – до 86,4 млн, а на финальном этапе, 23 ноября, составит 81 млн рублей.
Продавец также уточняет, что приобретение возможно только на условиях торгов, а назначение будущего использования объекта необходимо проверить с учетом имеющихся документов и действующих ограничений.

На этой неделе в Башкирию сместился мощный антициклон со Скандинавии. Как сообщили в башгидрометцентре, в связи с этим в регион пришли более холодные воздушные массы с арктического побережья. Температура воздуха в республике понизилась ночью до -3,-8°, днем до +8,+13°. В выходные дни и в начале следующей недели влияние антициклона сохранится. Характер погоды в республике не изменится. Осадков также не ожидается, ночью и утром местами прогнозируется туман с ухудшением видимости до 500 метров.
В Башкирии будет наблюдаться большой суточный ход температуры воздуха: в ночные часы -2,-8°, местами до +3°, днем +8,+13°. По информации гидрометцентра России, с 24 по 28 октября среднесуточные температуры воздуха прогнозируются выше климатической нормы на 3-4°.
