🏫 Семь лет без школы. 150 детей в дагестанском селе учатся в частном доме и кабинетах администрации
В селе Гюхряг Табасаранского района школьники с 2019 года ждут новое здание школы. Старое признали аварийным, а детей временно разместили в приспособленных помещениях.
Но временное решение затянулось на семь лет. Сегодня в селе около 150 учеников. Часть классов находится в частном доме, ещё два — в здании сельской администрации.
Спортивного зала нет. Физкультуру проводят на улице, а в плохую погоду занятия приходится отменять. Столовую тоже разместили в администрации. Учителям приходится готовить школьников к экзаменам в коридорах. Родители неоднократно обращались к властям с просьбой построить нормальную школу.
Проект здания на 150 мест получил положительное заключение госэкспертизы ещё в 2024 году. Ранее строительство обещали завершить к 2028-му. Однако теперь начало работ планируют на лето 2027 года, а завершение — на сентябрь 2029-го. Получается, что некоторые дети успеют окончить школу, так и не побывав на уроках в новом здании. И здесь главный вопрос не только в сроках строительства.
Почему целое поколение школьников должно получать образование в условиях, которые изначально задумывались как временные?
🏠 Чтобы снимать квартиру и содержать семью в Дагестане, нужно около 115 тысяч рублей в месяц
К такому выводу пришли аналитики РИА «Новости», изучив доступность аренды жилья в российских регионах. Дагестан оказался среди регионов, где снять квартиру особенно сложно с точки зрения семейного бюджета.
По данным исследования, менее 20% семей с двумя детьми в республике могут позволить себе одновременно оплачивать аренду и повседневные расходы.
Для семьи из четырёх человек расчётная сумма необходимого дохода составляет около 115 тысяч рублей в месяц.
При этом 115 тысяч — не средняя зарплата дагестанской семьи и не универсальная стоимость жизни. Это расчётный порог, использованный авторами рейтинга.
А теперь хочется спросить тех, кто действительно снимает жильё в Махачкале, Каспийске, Дербенте и других городах республики - сколько вы платите за квартиру? И какую часть семейного бюджета съедает аренда?
В Дагестане обсуждают региональное соглашение о стабилизации стоимости топлива.
По данным Росстата, с 13 по 19 октября средняя цена бензина АИ-95 в республике составляла 122,94 рубля за литр.
На этом фоне Минэнерго Дагестана и региональное УФАС предложили владельцам автозаправочных станций присоединиться к соглашению о стабилизации цен.
Что известно:
▪️ Проекты соглашений направлены продавцам топлива. ▪️ Условия обсуждались с представителями АЗС. ▪️ Сейчас документы находятся на рассмотрении у владельцев заправок.
Важно: соглашение пока не заключено. Поэтому говорить о снижении или заморозке цен преждевременно.
Ранее власти сообщали, что топливный рынок Дагестана практически полностью зависит от поставок из других регионов. Это одна из причин его уязвимости к перебоям и колебаниям стоимости.
Но главный вопрос для автомобилистов — когда принятые меры начнут отражаться на ценниках АЗС?

Во время видеосвязи с Дахадаевским районом выяснилось, что руководство муниципалитета отсутствует на совещании в режиме ВКС. После длительного ожидания на экране за рабочим местом так и не появилось ни одного ответственного руководителя.
💬 «Вот как раз это их работа… Его уберите. С ними уже бесполезно работать — на рабочем месте их тоже нет. Вот такое отношение», — прокомментировал Магомед Рамазанов.
