Люди уверены, что управы на соседа нет из-за его влиятельных связей: одна его дочь трудится в Думе Асбеста, а вторая — в городском суде. Пострадавшие жильцы не могут потянуть бесконечные судебные издержки и надеются привлечь к делу внимание прокуратуры и Следственного комитета.

«Дом ужасов» в Первоуральске: люди ходят в туалет с зонтами, а чиновники включают «дурачка»
Посмотрите на эти кадры. Это пятиэтажное общежитие на Гагарина, 24, где люди выживают без отопления, горячей воды и в окружении полчищ насекомых. Крыша и трубы текут так сильно, что в уборной приходится раскрывать зонты, чтобы на голову не лились нечистоты (настоящее 18+ на видео).
Самое циничное — реакция властей. Мэрия Первоуральска заявила, что они якобы «не знали» о ледяных комнатах, а жалоб от жильцов к ним «не поступало».
Почему чиновники упорно закрывают глаза на коммунальный ад?
Юрист в сфере ЖКХ Руслан Камалетдинов вскрыл истинные мотивы администрации. Общежитие намеренно не признают аварийным, чтобы сэкономить бюджет. В случае официального статуса мэрия будет обязана выплатить собственникам компенсации и за свой счет расселить людей. Власти просто тянут время. Более того, мэрия вопреки закону так и не назначила дому временную управляющую компанию, бросив его гнить. Чиновники оправдываются тем, что «нельзя тратить бюджет на частную собственность». Вот только они молчат, что 53 помещения в этой общаге принадлежат самому городу. Мэрия наплевала даже на свое имущество.
В сказки чиновников правоохранители не поверили. После огласки Следственный комитет возбудил уголовное дело, а расследование под личный контроль взял глава ведомства Александр Бастрыкин.
Чиновников хочется пригласить сюда хотя бы на час. Пусть попробуют сходить в туалет под зонтом в неотапливаемом доме, где люди вынуждены жить годами.
«Мы ничего не знали»: мэрия Первоуральска открестилась от замерзающего «дома ужасов» на Гагарина
Чиновники Первоуральска нашли оригинальный способ ответить на коммунальный кошмар в общежитии на Гагарина, 24. В официальном ответе на журналистский запрос администрация заявила, что к ним якобы... вообще не поступало жалоб на отсутствие отопления. И заявлений с просьбой признать разрушающееся здание аварийным они тоже «не видели». При этом жильцы годами бьют во все колокола, утопая в грязи, борясь с крысами и замерзая в собственных комнатах без горячей воды и тепла.
В сказки про «незнание» не поверили в правоохранительных органах. Напомним, Следственный комитет уже возбудил уголовное дело из-за критического состояния дома, а расследование под личный контроль взял глава ведомства Александр Бастрыкин.

До 7 ноября открыт приём анкет в осенний набор онлайн-академии программирования и нейросетей. Сертификат даёт 8 месяцев бесплатных занятий: основы кода, создание игр и сайтов, работа с нейросетями.
Занятия проходят онлайн в мини-группах и подходят детям без опыта. По итогам курса ученики защищают свой проект и получают именной диплом.
Чтобы получить сертификат, родителю нужно до 7 ноября заполнить короткую анкету.
Рыжая плутовка сделала подкоп, чтобы стащить птицу. Её поймали и оставили в местном зоопарке, чтобы не убивать.
