Мужчина признался, что забрал у 64-летней жительницы Аксая 5 млн рублей, но решил не отдавать деньги сообщникам, а оставить себе. ⠀ По данным регионального МВД, злоумышленники представлялись сотрудниками правоохранительных органов и убеждали пенсионеров, что от их имени оформлена доверенность на управление финансами. Чтобы якобы отменить её, жертвам предлагали снять все накопления и задекларировать их. ⠀ Одной из пострадавших стала 64-летняя жительница Аксая. Она передала курьеру 5 млн рублей. Однако мужчина решил присвоить всю сумму. На полученные деньги он погасил долги, а оставшуюся часть потратил на личные нужды. Несмотря на угрозы со стороны сообщников, возвращать деньги он не стал. ⠀ Также полицейские установили его причастность к обману 57-летнего жителя Волгодонска. У мужчины курьер забрал около 1,5 млн рублей, которые затем спрятал в тайнике по указанию куратора. За это он получил вознаграждение в размере 25 тысяч рублей. ⠀ Подозреваемого задержали при поддержке бойцов Росгвардии. В отношении него возбуждены уголовные дела по части 4 статьи 159 УК РФ (мошенничество в особо крупном размере).
В Ростовской области на обустройство дорог потратят 900 млн рублей
В Ростовской области объявили конкурс на выполнение работ по содержанию и обустройству автомобильных дорог регионального и межмуниципального значения. На эти цели из бюджета области планируют выделить 900 миллионов рублей.
Заказчиком выступает Министерство транспорта Ростовской области. Из документов следует, что средства направят на повышение безопасности и комфорта дорожного движения в 2027 году. В рамках проекта предусмотрено комплексное обновление дорожной инфраструктуры. Особое внимание уделят оснащению дорог современными элементами безопасности.
В частности, планируется монтаж солнечных электростанций для автономного энергоснабжения — это позволит снизить затраты и повысить экологичность. Будут установлены различные типы дорожных знаков, в том числе с внутренним освещением и световозвращающими элементами, а также информационные щиты.
В планах — установка динамических информационных табло, световых тактильных дорожек для улучшения видимости пешеходов, пешеходных ограждений и инновационной системы «умный пешеходный переход». Это позволит повысить безопасность на нерегулируемых переходах и обеспечить удаленный мониторинг их состояния.
