Также Кравченко говорит, что один из задержанных в Австрии, который следил за Кравченко, является сотрудником НАБУ, который в 2025 году был откомандирован в ГУР.
Кравченко также утверждает, что командир спецподразделения ГУР, бойцов которого задержали в Вене, Виктор Торкотюк прибыл в Австрию вместе с ними.
Кравченко утверждает, что Торкотюку пообещали должность главы ГУР, если он вернет его в Украину.
«Исходя из моего профессионального опыта и понимания того, как устроена система, я считаю крайне маловероятным, что операция такого масштаба могла быть подготовлена без согласия высшего руководства страны», - заявил экс-генпрокурор.
Он утверждает, ссылаясь на информацию, которая поступала к нему, когда он ещё был генпрокурором, что это же подразделение ГУР может быть причастно к преступлениям как в Украине, так и за рубежом, в том числе к убийству бизнесмена на Кипре.
Что касается задержанного в Вене журналиста УП Михаила Ткача, то Кравченко считает, что он работает на НАБУ в качестве информатора, собирая данные о местоположении фигурантов дел, не привлекая внимание к следствию, а также НАБУ использует его для распространения конфиденциальной информации из уголовных дел.
Также Кравченко высказал подозрение относительно связи деятельности Ткача и покушения на бизнесмена Ермолаева в Монако.
«Мои самые большие опасения касаются возможных контактов Ткача за пределами антикоррупционных органов. В Монако было совершено покушение на украинского бизнесмена. Согласно известным мне документам, Ткач был там в тот же период, что и сотрудники Главного управления разведки Министерства обороны Украины, которые позже были арестованы и давали показания. Я знаю это дело и лично прочитал эти заявления. Поэтому мои вопросы о роли Ткача основаны не только на сообщениях СМИ. Именно эта последовательность событий дает мне основания подозревать, что деятельность Ткача могла быть использована для определения местонахождения людей, к которым проявляли интерес украинские спецслужбы. Возможный механизм следующий: под предлогом редакционного задания журналист определяет адрес, движения и социальную среду человека. Затем сотрудники разведки могут использовать эту информацию. Это позволяет им сократить собственное участие в мероприятиях по наблюдению и снизить риск привлечения внимания правоохранительных органов в другой стране. Я считаю, что возможно, что такая деятельность осуществлялась по указанию руководства антикоррупционных органов. Я хотел бы подчеркнуть, что это моя теория, которая основана на совокупности известных мне обстоятельств», - заявил Кравченко.
