Администрация Сочи обратилась в Арбитражный суд Краснодарского края с иском о сносе гаражного кооператива на улице Авиационной. Проверка выявила нарушения на муниципальном участке площадью более 11 тысяч кв. м. Вместо предусмотренных 210 гаражей здесь расположено 294 строения, большинство из которых двух- и трехэтажные.
При этом около 70% объектов используются не для хранения автомобилей. При этом договор аренды земли отсутствует, а часть построек выходит за границы участка. Администрация требует признать строения самовольными и снести их за счет гаражного кооператива. Также суд попросили запретить коммерческую деятельность на территории и отключить объекты от инженерных коммуникаций на время разбирательства.
