Выкладываю этот пост срочно ночью, потому что нас слишком поздно уведомил районный суд о новом заседании по мере пресечения. 29 октября в 10:00 суд и следствие с потерпевшими желают отправить её в СИЗО, так как она звонит потерпевшим и оказывает на них давление, а количество уголовных дел приблизилось к 20. Далее заранее написанный текст.
Как вы думаете, что объединяет людей за моей спиной? Они все разного возраста, работают в разных сферах: от доярки до предпринимателя, среди них есть пенсионеры, люди с инвалидностью и даже не мало семей действующих и погибших участников СВО. Но всё же есть один фактор, который их объединил: все они заказывали юридические услуги у ИП Корниенко Олеси Александровны. Их история похожа как под копирку.
Почти все заказывали газификацию. При обращении им обещали решить вопросы в течение нескольких месяцев, с каждого взяли от нескольких десятков до нескольких сотен тысяч рублей. По итогу, каждый из них ждал год-2, кто-то даже 3 и более, а результат не получил, услуга либо не оказана вовсе, либо оказана не до конца. При этом даже в случае письменного расторжения договора и обращения в суд, заказчики не могут вернуть свои деньги, Олеся Александровна их игнорировала, либо сыпала обещания закончить работу или вернуть деньги, естественно, раз за разом они не выполнялись.
Многие клиенты писали последние годы заявления в полицию, прокуратуру, но им всегда отказывали в возбуждении уголовного дела. В этом году вводные изменились. Уже имели место не просто голословные заявления людей, а появилось решение суда, по которому сразу двум своим клиентам Корниенко должна была вернуть суммарно 448 тыс. рублей - до сих пор не вернула, хотя дело давно у приставов, её счета арестованы. А недавно прошёл очередной суд, который тоже выиграли потерпевшие от Корниенко.
Окончательно ситуация для неё ухудшилась 4 октября, когда у моих коллег в группе "Спасём Белореченск" вышла история Ольги Парджикии, она больше года ждала от Корниенко выполнения взятых на себя оплаченных обязательств, которые изначально обещались за несколько месяцев. Доверилась Ольга ИП, которая по совместительству в Белореченском районе занимает должности Председателя общественной палаты и руководит Комитетом семей воинов Отечества.
В момент обращения Ольга только узнала о смерти своего сына, погибшего на СВО, а её муж находится там до сих пор. По итогу прошлую зиму она не смогла встретить с газом, до сих пор готовила на обычной печке, но общественники в октябре ей помогли провести газ в дом. На фоне истории Ольги было возбуждено первое уголовное дело и МВД с прокуратурой поднимает из архива старые ранее отказные заявления.
И у каждого человека за моей спиной похожая история. Только на момент съёмки мне похожую ситуацию описали семьи сразу 5 участников СВО, здесь же стоит и мать троих детей инвалид 2 группы. Стоять с нами здесь желало намного больше людей, но не все смогли присутствовать: кто-то на вахте, кто-то тоже является инвалидом, и в возрасте 85 лет передвигается на костылях, кто-то просто переехал в другой регион. Суммарно за последний год я получил уже около 30 жалоб и обращения не утихают.
Дополнительно мы собрали подписи за немедленную отставку ИП Корниенко с общественных должностей в палате и КСВО — это наше требование на момент публикации уже выполнено, она лишена всех должностей.
Просим прокуратуру взять на отдельный контроль заявление в полицию Жанетты Петровны. Ей 85 лет, инвалид 2 группы, нужно вместо неё выйти в суд для взыскания ущерба, ей помочь больше некому. Готов дать прокурору её телефон
