С 1 января 2028 года операторы должны будут использовать отечественное оборудование при установке новых базовых станций. При этом уже работающие зарубежные станции разрешено сохранить.
Однако возникла проблема: действующие правила не учитывают ситуации, когда исправное иностранное оборудование необходимо перерегистрировать, например при продлении разрешений на использование радиочастот.
По словам представителей операторов, такие процедуры могут привести к необходимости массовой замены работающих базовых станций. При этом российских аналогов в необходимых количествах пока попросту нет.
В «МегаФоне» предупредили, что без изменения требований существует риск массового вывода оборудования из эксплуатации, что может негативно сказаться на качестве и доступности мобильной связи для абонентов.
Операторы предлагают предусмотреть исключения, которые позволят продолжить эксплуатацию исправных зарубежных станций.
