How the quality index is calculated
Каждый процентный пункт инфляции обходится бюджетной системе примерно в 400 млрд рублей дополнительных расходов. Об этом заявил вице-премьер, министр финансов Антон Силуанов, представляя в Госдуме проект федерального бюджета на 2027–2029 годы.

Кремль поддержал премьера Норвегии в споре с Financial Times. Помощник президента Юрий Ушаков назвал правильным требование Йонаса Гара Стёре исправить материал о разговоре с Владимиром Путиным.
Издание утверждало, что российский лидер посвятил значительную часть беседы «лекциям о средневековой славянской истории». Ушаков назвал это дезинформацией. Financial Times исправлять публикацию отказалась.
ЦБ предложил ввести личную ответственность директоров ПАО
ЦБ предлагает ввести фидуциарную ответственность для директоров публичных компаний. За неправомерные действия, приведшие к потере средств инвесторов, менеджмент сможет отвечать личным имуществом.
С идеей выступил первый зампред ЦБ Владимир Чистюхин. По его словам, на финансовом рынке такая норма уже действует и помогла очистить сектор от недобросовестных управленцев.
За рыночное падение акций директора отвечать не будут — только за недобросовестность или решения в обход интересов акционеров. Конкретного законопроекта пока нет.
Контейнеры вместо мешков: как изменится сбор мусора в Среднеуральске
В Среднеуральске отменили мешочный сбор мусора в частном секторе. Контейнеры установили на улицах Железнодорожников, Чкалова, Ленина, Дзержинского, Южная и Садовая.
Теперь отходы можно относить в любое время. Капитальные площадки появятся до 2028 года, цветовая маркировка баков — до 1 января 2030 года. Регоператор «Спецавтобаза» выделил городу 50 новых контейнеров.

Трагедия с ChatGPT: ИИ-совет по дозировке лекарств привел к смерти пациентки
Семья погибшей 31-летней Боуэн Ван подала иск против OpenAI. Причиной стали советы ChatGPT по снижению дозы противоэпилептических препаратов, которые женщина выполняла.
Согласно материалам дела, чат-бот игнорировал жалобы Ван на ухудшение самочувствия и настаивал на уменьшении приема лекарств. OpenAI назвала случившееся трагедией и подчеркнула опасность самостоятельного изменения курса лечения.
Это один из более чем 50 исков, связанных с предполагаемым вредом от использования ChatGPT.
Здание издательства «Абак-Пресс» планируют снести в центре Екатеринбурга
«Форум-групп» купила трёхэтажный корпус «Абак-Пресс» на Хохрякова, 55 в Екатеринбурге и планирует его снести. Сделку подтвердил прежний владелец Алексей Харитонов.
Стоимость не раскрывается. Участник рынка оценивает её в 830 млн — 1,25 млрд рублей.
На участке 0,6 га возможен дом бизнес-класса примерно на 298 квартир и паркинг на 180 мест. Утверждённого проекта нет. Сейчас территория предназначена для торговли, для жилья потребуется менять правила застройки. Рядом — охраняемый дом мещанина Кожурина на Вайнера, 42 и старые постройки на Хохрякова, 57 и 61.
Вакцина против вируса папилломы человека станет обязательной
С 2027 года в России начнут бесплатно прививать от вируса папилломы человека. Отечественный препарат включат в Национальный календарь профилактических прививок, сообщил глава Минздрава Михаил Мурашко.
Вакцинация станет доступна по ОМС. Цель программы — снизить заболеваемость раком шейки матки и другими онкопатологиями, которые вызывают высокоонкогенные штаммы ВПЧ.

Школьник устроил стрельбу по автобусу из пневматики: «Хотел покрасоваться»
В Екатеринбурге 15-летний подросток дважды выстрелил из пневматического пистолета по автобусу с сотрудниками местной компании. Инцидент произошел на улице Титова.
Никто из пассажиров не пострадал. В салоне разбиты два окна.
Девятиклассник объяснил поступок желанием «понтоваться». Пистолет он купил через интернет, а после стрельбы выбросил в пруд. Подросток извинился и готов компенсировать ущерб.
Возбуждено уголовное дело о хулиганстве с применением оружия. Подросток находится под подпиской о невыезде. Полиция продолжает расследование.
Роспотребнадзор вернул екатеринбуржцам миллионы за несуществующие гарнитуры
ООО «СЕВИЛЛЬ» не выполнило обязательства перед клиентами в Екатеринбурге. Компания получила деньги за кухонные гарнитуры, но не поставила их в срок и перестала выходить на связь.
Северный Екатеринбургский отдел Роспотребнадзора подал иск в защиту 24 обманутых потребителей. Орджоникидзевский районный суд полностью удовлетворил требования ведомства.
Компания обязана выплатить 6,9 миллиона рублей. Сумма включает возврат оплаты по договорам 2,9 миллиона, неустойку 1,3 миллиона, компенсацию морального вреда 240 тысяч и штраф 2,3 миллиона рублей.
