How the quality index is calculated

Проект томского кампуса получил положительное заключение госэкспертизы.
Документ был выдан 29 октября. Это позволяет продолжить подготовительные работы, зафиксировать итоговую стоимость объектов и открывает доступ к федеральному финансированию.
Основной этап строительства на площадке в районе Особой экономической зоны начнется после оформления разрешения на строительство. Сейчас готовность площадки составляет 53%: смонтировано ограждение, обустроены временные дороги и инженерные сети.
Кампус на 6 тысяч мест включает современные жилые корпуса, многофункциональный спортивный центр, общественные пространства и исследовательские лаборатории. Проект реализуется в рамках концессионного соглашения с ООО «Томский студенческий кампус». Завершение всех этапов строительства и ввод объекта в эксплуатацию запланированы на 2030 год.
В здании, где полыхает огонь, располагается магазин «Пятёрочка», школа танцев, «Бристоль» и столовая.
Пожар тушат по адресу: проспект Фрунзе, 129. По словам очевидцев, крыша уже рухнула. По предварительной информации, пострадавших нет. Все успели эвакуироваться.
Речь идёт о тех, кто платит равными долями каждый месяц или по 1/12. Ресурсники прогнозируют, что фактическое потребление окажется выше объёма, учтённого при ежемесячных начислениях. Причина — холодная зима текущего года.

Потребность томских компаний в кадрах за год выросла на 9%.
В этом году предприятиям региона понадобилось 8 тысяч 900 работников. Об этом сообщила зампред правительства Томской области Светлана Грузных.
Особенно нуждается в кадрах промышленный сектор, сферы здравоохранения, образования и строительства. 1 200 работодателей сейчас в поиске сотрудников. Большая часть из них находится в томской агломерации. Наибольший кадровый дефицит – в промышленности. Там требуются слесари, токари, машинисты. Затем идут сферы здравоохранения и образования.
Средняя заработная плата в настоящий момент на заявленные вакансии составляет 74 тысячи рублей. Она выросла в сравнении с 2025 годом более чем на 18 тысяч рублей. Наиболее широкий прирост по зарплате отмечен в строительстве и обрабатывающем производстве.
Острова Верхний Боярский больше нет. Участок суши на Томи полностью ликвидировали специалисты Верхнеобского водного управления.
Это ключевой момент для будущего сценария паводка – в районе острова каждый год образовывался затор. В этом году завершили первый этап расчистки русла Томи. Работы шли почти год. Всего на эти цели из федерального бюджета выделено более 280 миллионов рублей. Репортаж Алёны Зениной.
В Томской области построили 16 км новых линий освещения.
Это подъезды к сёлам Корнилово и Кафтанчиково, посёлкам Зональная Станция и Ключи в Томском районе, в границах деревни Феоктистовка Асиновского района, посёлка Победа Шегарского района, районных центров Молчаново и Александровское.
«От освещения зависит безопасность людей – а это приоритет в работе. В качественном освещении нуждаются и сами населённые пункты. Об этом говорят жители. Поручил главам городов и районов проработать вопрос», — сообщил губернатор Владимир Мазур.
Он также уточнил, что это стало возможным при поддержке национального проекта «Инфраструктура для жизни».
