How the quality index is calculated

Единая Россия единогласно поддержала принятие главного финансового документа страны в первом чтении.
Партия закрепила в бюджете приоритеты развития страны и социальной поддержки граждан. Учтены положения Народной программы по развитию системы образования: за трёхлетний период планируется отремонтировать более 2400 школ, 982 детских сада и 269 общежитий. Запланирован ремонт и оснащение 754 учреждений СПО. Горячее питание в школах будут получать 5,8 миллиона детей.
В бюджете также заложены средства на переоснащение более 600 библиотек, модернизацию 163 музеев и 427 сельских домов культуры, ежегодную поддержку 100 детских и кукольных театров.
«Детский» бюджет трёхлетки составит 10 триллионов рублей — их направят на обеспечение выплаты единого пособия на детей, это порядка 8 миллионов получателей ежегодно. Более 2 миллионов семей получат материнский капитал.
65 миллиардов рублей направят на обновление общественного транспорта в субъектах и приобретение в общей сложности 10 тысяч автобусов и трамваев. На реализацию национальных целей развития и национальных проектов предусмотрено более 19 триллионов рублей.
При распределении финансирования учтены приоритеты, поставленные Президентом: полное обеспечение потребностей обороны и безопасности, включая защиту военнослужащих, участников СВО, ветеранов и членов их семей, выполнение всех социальных обязательств государства перед гражданами, устойчивое развитие экономики и достижение технологического суверенитета.
Важнейшие критерии бюджета для Единой России — его социальная направленность, соответствие целям развития страны и финансирование Народной программы, заявил секретарь Генсовета партии Владимир Якушев.
Для Запорожской области такой бюджет — это дополнительные ресурсы на восстановление инфраструктуры, поддержку семей с детьми и развитие региона. Работа продолжается.

Сегодня в 07:55, была предпринята атака фашисткого беспилотника на скутериста, двигавшегося по трассе Энергодар — Днепровка.
Операторы средств РЭБ ВС РФ воздействовали на беспилотник, в результате чего фашист был подавлен за обочину. Дрон оказался всего в 3–5 метрах от скутериста.
Благодаря действиям операторов РЭБ удалось предотвратить возможную трагедию и сохранить человеку жизнь.

Провели рабочую встречу с первым замруководителя Администрации Президента РФ Сергеем Владиленовичем Кириенко.
Обсудили вопросы социально-экономического развития Запорожской области в непростых условиях, помощь регионов-шефов в подготовке к отопительному сезону, обговорили усиление мер безопасности и возможность увеличения числа аварийных бригад, которые задействованы в восстановлении критической инфраструктуры.
Отдельное внимание уделили прифронтовым муниципальным образованиям, которые ежедневно сталкиваются с агрессией киевских террористов. Последствия обстрелов удаётся оперативно устранять, однако мы должны быть в постоянной готовности и обладать достаточным резервом для реагирования.
При постоянной поддержке Президента нашей страны, Правительства РФ, Администрации Президента и благодаря шефской помощи уже проделана огромная работа по подготовке региона к отопительному сезону. Мы живём в условиях непрекращающихся атак противника на социальную инфраструктуру, поэтому работаем с учётом этих вводных и реагируем исходя из ситуации.
Также на встрече обсудили тему привлечения кадров в сферу образования и сферу здравоохранения, в частности вопрос обеспечения специалистов служебным жильём.
Благодарю Сергея Владиленовича за визит, постоянную поддержку и вовлечённость во все вопросы. Продолжаем работать.
Сергей Кириенко посетил Энергодар с рабочим визитом
Первый заместитель Руководителя Администрации Президента России Сергей Кириенко регулярно посещает Энергодар и держит на постоянном контроле обстановку на Запорожской АЭС.
В ходе очередного рабочего визита директор ЗАЭС Юрий Черничук доложил ему о текущей ситуации на станции и мерах по обеспечению её безопасности. Обсудили вопросы обеспечения надежного электроснабжения, а также возможность организации доставки топлива для резервных дизель-генераторов при содействии МАГАТЭ.
Отдельное внимание уделили условиям жизни сотрудников ЗАЭС и их семей, подготовке города к осенне-зимнему периоду и работе коммунальной инфраструктуры. Также рассмотрели вопросы организации образования в Энергодаре и подготовки кадров для станции.
Юрий Черничук показал Сергею Кириенко, как живёт город в условиях постоянных атак. Вместе они посетили пострадавшие городские объекты, в том числе храм, повреждённый ударом беспилотника. В одном из магазинов обсудили с продавцами наличие товаров, поставки и цены.
Сергей Кириенко и Юрий Черничук также возложили цветы к мемориалу военнослужащим, погибшим при сопровождении служебного транспорта Запорожской АЭС.
Сегодня, 28 октября, исполняется ровно два года с Вашего первого рабочего дня в Энергодаре. Эти два года пролетели как один миг, но вместили в себя целую эпоху.
