27 октября Госдума приняла федеральный закон № 443614‑8 «Об аттракционах», который вступит в силу с 1 марта 2027 года. Инициативу внесли петербургские депутаты Антон Рудаков, Константин Чебыкин и Денис Четырбок; в феврале 2023 года Заксобрание Петербурга поддержало её и направило в Госдуму.
Закон установит единые правила эксплуатации, регистрации и госконтроля аттракционов по всей стране. Правительство определит ответственный орган, утвердит требования к регистрации и контролю, а также случаи, когда аттракционы должны закрываться. Регионы займутся регистрацией и проверками: при нарушениях смогут запрещать эксплуатацию. Появится единая система госучёта аттракционов и общая практика правоприменения.
Цель закона — системно следить за техническим состоянием оборудования и не допускать небезопасной эксплуатации. Сейчас из‑за отсутствия отдельного федерального закона регулирование различается в регионах. Председатель Заксобрания Петербурга Александр Бельский отметил, что документ — результат многолетней работы, и выразил надежду, что правовые процедуры завершат оперативно: к новому сезону безопасность детей будут обеспечивать по единым правилам.
На участке КАД между развязками с Приморским шоссе и ЗСД (с 0‑го по 11‑й километр) меняется схема движения.

⚡️Сформирован маршрут и расписание Поезда Деда Мороза в сезоне 2026/2027 года
Поезд Деда Мороза отправится в путешествие 8 ноября из Великого Устюга, завершение запланировано на 9 января, когда Дед Мороз вернётся домой.
В Санкт-Петербург поезд прибудет на Рождество (6–7 января, 2027 года) — на станции Новый Петергоф пройдут рождественские программы. Затем поезд сделает остановку в Петрозаводске и вернётся в Великий Устюг.
Сособственников нежилых (коммерческих) помещений расположенных на первых этажах многоквартирных домов и имеющих отдельный вход хотят обязать "осуществлять устранение гололеда, скользкости и удаление снега с покрытий, расположенных на расстоянии 3 метров от границ указанного здания, но не далее бортового камня, разделяющего проезжую часть и тротуар, по всей длине помещения по фасаду многоквартирного дома, а также их уборку от мусора."
Государственная жилищная инспекция Санкт‑Петербурга подготовила проект постановления о внесении изменений в Правила благоустройства территории города (постановление № 961 от 09.01.2016). Цель поправок — повысить комфортность городской среды и чётче отрегулировать содержание территорий у входов в нежилые помещения в многоквартирных домах.
Сейчас в Правилах есть лишь рекомендация для собственников нежилых помещений убирать прилегающую территорию (в радиусе 3 метров от здания, но не дальше бортового камня), удалять снег, бороться с гололёдом и мусором. Проект предлагает заменить рекомендацию на обязанность и закрепить её не только в пункте 14‑3, но и в Приложении № 5 к Правилам (новыми пунктами 4.15.3 и 5.6).
Благодаря изменениям владельцев помещений можно будет привлекать к административной ответственности, если они ненадлежаще содержат территорию у входа.
Проект разместили для общественного обсуждения и антикоррупционной экспертизы на официальных интернет‑ресурсах администрации города, включая портал regulation.cipit.gov.spb.ru. Реализация проекта не потребует бюджетных расходов и не повлечёт негативных социально‑экономических последствий.
