How the quality index is calculated
ФРС сохранила базовую ставку в диапазоне 3,75–4,00% после сентябрьского повышения. Решение принято не единогласно: 10 голосов «за», двое — Лиза Кук и Бет Хаммак — голосовали за повышение ещё на 0,25%.
ФРС (заявление): • Инфляция остаётся повышенной; • Экономика растёт сильными темпами (в сентябре было «устойчивыми»); • Сохраняется повышенная неопределённость, в том числе из-за геополитики; • Дальнейшая политика будет определяться по мере накопления информации.
УОРШ: • Решения не предрешаются — подходящую политику определят новые данные; • С 2027 года одно из восьми заседаний будет без решения по ставке — только обсуждение денежно-кредитной политики, в 2028-м таких заседаний ожидается два.
📈 После пресс-конференции вероятность повышения ставки в декабре по CME FedWatch выросла до 86% (днём ранее — 78%).
💭 Вывод Учитывая что ставку сохранили, как и ждал рынок + двое членов комитета голосовали за повышение уже сейчас + экономику описали сильнее, чем в сентябре, а инфляцию — всё ещё повышенной = это пауза, а не разворот: рынок уже почти полностью закладывает повышение в декабре.
Сегодня после закрытия отчитываются Microsoft и Alphabet, в четверг — Amazon, ВВП и PCE = направление рынку на этой неделе дадут отчёты техов и инфляция, а не само решение ФРС.
