В Дагестане за незаконный вылов рыбы конфисковали два судна
Мужчина незаконно добыл в Каспийском море возле села Крайновка почти 900 рыб частиковых пород и одну особь осетровых. Ущерб превысил миллион рублей.
Суд назначил ему три года лишения свободы условно с испытательным сроком два года. В пользу государства конфисковали два маломерных судна и две рыболовные сети длиной по сто метров.

На «Тавриде» перевернулся автомобиль: пострадал шестилетний ребёнок
Авария произошла 26 октября возле села Русаковка в Белогорском районе Крыма. По данным прокуратуры, 42-летний водитель Hyundai не справился с управлением: машина съехала с дороги, врезалась в осветительную опору и перевернулась.
Шестилетнего пассажира доставили в больницу. Обстоятельства и причины ДТП устанавливают.
Более четырёх тонн рыбы без маркировки: астраханка предстанет перед судом
27-летнюю жительницу региона обвиняют в приобретении и хранении для продажи более 4,1 тонны рыбной продукции. По версии следствия, на упаковке отсутствовали обязательная маркировка и сведения, позволяющие идентифицировать товар.
Среди изъятого — щука, судак, берш, сазан и другие виды рыбы. Общую стоимость продукции оценили более чем в 650 тысяч рублей. Её хранили в помещениях в селе Чёрный Яр, в том числе в жилом доме.

В Севастополе в ДТП с грузовиком пострадали мать и младенец
Утром 26 октября на дороге к порту бухты Камышовая столкнулись ВАЗ-2101 и грузовик MAN с прицепом. В больницу доставили пассажиров легковушки — 24-летнюю женщину и её 11-месячного ребёнка.
По предварительным данным полиции, водитель ВАЗ не выдержал безопасную дистанцию до грузовика, который поворачивал направо. Обстоятельства аварии устанавливают, проверку контролирует прокуратура.
Посредничество во взятке: экс-глава ТПП в Мелитополе получил 7,5 года колонии
Суд назначил бывшему руководителю торгово-промышленной палаты семь лет шесть месяцев колонии строгого режима и штраф в десять миллионов рублей.
Как установлено по делу, он участвовал в организации передачи пятимиллионной взятки руководителю дорожного предприятия. Деньги требовали у подрядчика за беспрепятственное оформление документов, оплату выполненных работ и заключение новых соглашений. Посредника задержали при передаче средств.
Три человека погибли при лобовом столкновении под Волгоградом
Авария произошла вечером 25 октября на 542-м километре трассы Р-228 Сызрань — Саратов — Волгоград в Камышинском районе. По данным полиции, 23-летний водитель Skoda Octavia выехал на встречную полосу и столкнулся с Lada Granta.
Водитель Lada и двое его пассажиров — 19-летний юноша и 42-летняя женщина — погибли на месте. Водитель Skoda и его пассажир госпитализированы.
