Если заросли ухудшают качество почвы, возможна ответственность по части 2 статьи 8.7 КоАП РФ — до 50 тысяч рублей для граждан и до 700 тысяч рублей для юридических лиц. Максимальный риск создает часть 4 статьи 8.8 КоАП РФ: она применяется, если из-за сорняков участок фактически невозможно использовать по целевому назначению.
