▪️ А канализацию? В некоторых случаях могут установить заглушку, если задолженность относится к водоотведению и это технически возможно.
▪️ Как взыскивают долги? Через суд, в том числе судебным приказом. После получения приказа у должника есть 10 дней на подачу возражений.
▪️ Что делать при ошибке в начислениях? Запросить сверку платежей, потребовать перерасчет и не игнорировать судебные документы.
