Жители деревни Близнаки Смоленского округа рассказали «Печь.Инфо» о повторяющихся возгораниях рулонов сена. По словам сельчан, неизвестные поджигали их в разных частях деревни.
На минувших выходных в одном месте горели два рулона, ещё несколько сгоревших обнаружили неподалёку. Поле заволокло дымом, а до ближайших жилых домов оставалось около 300 метров.
Собственник участка начал вывозить сено. Оставшиеся рулоны планируют убрать в кратчайшие сроки.
Администрация Смоленского округа передала информацию в подразделение МЧС. Также собственник участка планировал обратиться в полицию по факту предполагаемого поджога.

🏠 Спрос на семейную ипотеку упал до минимума с декабря 2022 года
После изменения условий программы число заявок сократилось почти вдвое. С 5 по 11 октября банки получили 13,7 тысячи обращений, а с 12 по 18 октября — 14 тысяч.
По сравнению с сентябрём спрос снизился в 2,4 раза, а относительно среднего показателя 2026 года — на 48,1%.
С 1 октября вместо единой ставки в 6% начали действовать разные условия:
🔸 один ребёнок младше семи лет — 10% в большинстве регионов и 12% в столичных регионах;
🔸 двое детей — 8% и 10% соответственно;
🔸 для многодетных семей предусмотрены более низкие ставки.
Эксперты считают, что нынешнее снижение может быть временным и связано в том числе с периодом адаптации после изменения программы.

После завершения военной службы по состоянию здоровья Руслан Милосердов обратился в Кадровый центр «Работа России». Ранее мужчина более семи лет работал контролёром.
Сначала ему предложили временную занятость на общественных работах. Спустя три месяца при содействии карьерных консультантов работодатель зарезервировал для него рабочее место.
В октябре Руслан устроился сборщиком мебели. С ним заключили бессрочный трудовой договор в рамках программы субсидирования найма Социального фонда России.
По данным на 1 октября, благодаря этой программе в Смоленской области трудоустроили 19 человек.

🏨 В Смоленске планируют открыть новые четырёх- и пятизвёздочные отели
К концу 2028 года номерной фонд гостиниц высокого класса в регионе рассчитывают увеличить в два-два с половиной раза. О планах сообщил губернатор Василий Анохин на пресс-конференции.
Ближайшие проекты:
🔸 «Россия» — открытие после реконструкции запланировано на май 2027 года. Ожидается, что гостиница получит четыре звезды.
🔸 «Пестриков» — второй этап реконструкции планируют завершить к концу 2027 года.
🔸 Cosmos — пятизвёздочный отель строят на улице Тенишевой. Ввод в эксплуатацию намечен на 2028 год.
🔸 Отель на улице Дзержинского — ещё одну четырёхзвёздочную гостиницу рассчитывают открыть до конца 2028 года.
Развитие гостиничной инфраструктуры связывают с ростом туристического потока и спроса на комфортный семейный отдых.
♨️ В Десногорске впервые за 50 лет начали комплексно обновлять теплосети
В течение ближайших 15 лет в городе планируют заменить более половины тепловой инфраструктуры. В первую очередь работы проведут на участках, которые выработали свой ресурс и регулярно становились причиной жалоб жителей.
Старые коммуникации полностью демонтируют, вместо них строят новые тепловые камеры и устанавливают современную запорную арматуру. При прокладке используют трубы с заводской теплоизоляцией и датчиками контроля утечек.
Реализовать масштабную программу удалось после включения Десногорска в ценовую зону теплоснабжения по распоряжению Правительства России.
⛔️ В Смоленске ввели ограничения движения по улице Покровского
В целях обеспечения безопасности дорожного движения во время проведения ремонтных работ магистральных тепловых сетей филиалом АО «РИР Энерго» — «Смоленская генерация» ограничивается движение транспортных средств.
Ограничение будет действовать с 28 октября по 15 ноября в районе дома 3 по улице Покровского.
Водителям стоит заранее планировать маршруты с учётом перекрытия.
❗️В Смоленске отключили холодную воду на нескольких улицах
В связи с проведением неотложных работ по ликвидации течи из колодца отключено холодное водоснабжение по адресам:
📍 ул. Шевченко, д. 60, 62, 64, 66 и частный сектор; 📍 ул. Дачная; 📍 2-й Рославльский переулок, д. 19–41, 28–58; 📍 1-й и 2-й Овражные переулки; 📍 2-й Выставочный переулок.

🚰 В Смоленске произошло аварийное отключение теплоснабжения и горячей воды
27 октября 2026 года поступило сообщение об аварийном отключении теплоснабжения и горячего водоснабжения в Смоленске, сообщает ГУ МЧС России по Смоленской области.
По информации, опубликованной в соцсетях, коммунальная авария произошла в Промышленном районе — улица Ломоносова оказалась залита кипятком.
Силами ПП «Тепловые Сети» филиала АО «РИР Энерго» — «Смоленская Генерация» начат слив теплоносителя на отключённом участке.
