Иногда самое сложное — вернуть сердцу правильный такт. Именно такую задачу решала команда Находкинской больницы: у пациентки старшего возраста из‑за тяжёлого течения болезни и сопутствующих диагнозов сердце буквально работало «в двух ритмах». Предсердия сокращались стремительно — до 200 ударов в минуту, а желудочки, наоборот, едва справлялись — всего 30 ударов. Из‑за такой рассинхронизации орган мог остановиться в любой момент.
💬 Чтобы этого не допустить, анестезиолог реаниматолог Егор Гуревич установил больной внутрь сердца электрод и подключил временный внешний кардиостимулятор, чтобы навязать правильный ритм, а кардиологи подобрали лекарственную терапию», - рассказала руководитель регионального сосудистого центра в Находкинской больнице Светлана Клочкова.
Десять дней пациентку выхаживали заведующий отделением кардиологии Михаил Шевчук, кардиолог Ирина Школьникова и ординатор второго года обучения Виктор Моткалюк. Как только врачи стабилизировали жизненно важные функции организма больной, её перевели в медицинский центр ДВФУ.
Сердечно сосудистый хирург установил женщине под кожу постоянный кардиостимулятор. Это «умный» прибор: он круглосуточно следит за ритмом, а если сердце пропускает удар — даёт разряд и мягко стимулирует работу. Благодаря ему пациентка может жить полноценной жизнью.
Сейчас женщина уже дома — и продолжает наблюдаться у специалистов по месту жительства.

🏆 В Находке наградили победителей конкурсов о безопасности на воде
Находкинское Управление по делам ГО и ЧС провело конкурсы о безопасности на воде среди читателей городских библиотек. Подростки готовили листовки, комиксы и короткие видеоролики, в которых сами формулировали правила для сверстников.
🙌Требования к работам: — в листовках и комиксах обязательными были призыв к действию и контакты экстренных служб; — в видеороликах нужно было показать три конкретные ошибки на воде и правильное действие.
Победителей наградили грамотами, сладкими призами и цветами.
👏Начальник Управления Анатолий Гуляев поблагодарил участников за активность и творческий подход и отметил, что такие конкурсы выходят за рамки школьной программы: подросток не просто повторяет правила, а сам формулирует их для сверстников, и именно такой контент работает лучше всего.
💫В планах Управления — создать детский патруль. По словам Анатолия Гуляева, дети лучше могут удержать и проконтролировать других детей. В проект уже включились библиотеки, далее последуют спорт и образование.
