How the quality index is calculated
В Невинномысске проведено обследование многоквартирных домов, в которых жители столкнулись со снижением давления в системе отопления. Специалисты Невинномысского филиала ГУС СК «Крайтеплоэнерго» совместно с представителем администрации и управляющими компаниями города проверили состояние теплоснабжения по следующим адресам: улица Фрунзе, дома 17 и 19; улица Гагарина, дом 72; улица Революционная, дома 8, 8а, 8б, 33, 10 и 30.
По итогам обследования установлено, что причиной возникшей проблемы стало нарушение гидравлического баланса квартальной сети отопления. Данная ситуация возникла после преждевременного включения насосного оборудования потребителями. Оборудование было запущено до завершения необходимых наладочных мероприятий, которые должны проводиться перед полноценным вводом системы в рабочий режим.
Нарушение последовательности технологических операций привело к изменению параметров движения теплоносителя в сети. В результате в отдельных многоквартирных домах снизилось давление, что могло повлиять на равномерность подачи тепла и работу внутридомовой системы отопления.
Специалисты продолжают контролировать ситуацию и принимают меры для восстановления нормального гидравлического режима квартальной сети.
Уважаемые жители Невинномысска! Информируем вас о причинах временных перебоев в подаче отопления и горячего водоснабжения. На начальном этапе запуск теплоносителя подавался исключительно для обеспечения горячего водоснабжения. В ряде многоквартирных домов зафиксировано несанкционированное открытие задвижек на системе отопления до начала отопительного сезона. При этом параметры работы ГРЭС соответствовали режиму межотопительного периода. В результате такие действия привели к разбалансировке системы и перепадам давления. Обращаем Ваше внимание, что теплоноситель является единым для систем отопления и горячего водоснабжения: увеличение потребления в одной части сети напрямую влияет на параметры всей системы. Дополнительным фактором, осложнившим ситуацию, стало техническое состояние квартальных тепловых сетей. Из‑за длительного отсутствия циркуляции теплоносителя, в том числе в периоды перерывов в подаче горячей воды, ускорились коррозионные процессы в трубопроводах. Износ металла привёл к снижению прочностных характеристик труб и уменьшению пропускной способности сети. Всё это способствовало перегрузке системы теплоснабжения.
В настоящее время Невинномысский филиал ГУП СК „Крайтеплоэнерго“ принимает все необходимые меры для стабилизации работы системы теплоснабжения. Сформированы дополнительные аварийные бригады,с привлечением специалистов из других филиалов. Работы ведутся одновременно на нескольких участках, чтобы в кратчайшие сроки восстановить нормативные параметры подачи теплоносителя. В дальнейшем информация о ходе выполнения работ и сроках восстановления подачи теплоносителя будет адресно доведена до управляющих компаний и ТСЖ.

Уважаемые жители города Невинномысска! В соответствии с постановлением администрации города от 26.10.2026 № 1569 отопительный сезон принято начать с 27 октября 2026 года. В настоящее время Невинномысским филиалом ГУП СК Крайтеплоэнерго реализуется комплекс технических и организационных мероприятий. Котельные и источники тепловой энергии (в том числе ГРЭС) поэтапно переводятся на зимний режим работы: параметры подачи теплоносителя последовательно повышаются до расчётных значений. Одновременно проводится режимная наладка на тепловых сетях: специалисты корректируют гидравлический и температурный режимы, чтобы обеспечить равномерное распределение тепла по всем районам города. Важным этапом наладочных работ является сброс воздуха на участках тепловых сетей для корректной работы системы, поскольку воздушные пробки препятствуют циркуляции теплоносителя. Завершение основных наладочных мероприятий запланировано до конца текущей недели. После того как параметры теплоносителя будут выровнены, подача тепла в жилые дома станет стабильной. Возможны временные колебаниям температуры в первые дни — они обусловлены естественным выходом всей системы на расчётный режим. Теплоноситель с ГРЭС до начала отопительного сезона подавался в летнем режиме: с параметрами, рассчитанными на межотопительный период. В связи с Постановлением администрации о начале отопительного сезона, на ГРЭС направлена заявка на увеличение параметров теплоносителя и переход на зимний режим работы. После доведения параметров до нормативных значений, ситуация стабилизируется и обеспечена бесперебойная, круглосуточная подача ресурса .
Невинномысский филиал ГУП СК «Крайтеплоэнерго» информирует потребителей 2 микрорайона, в связи с выявленным увеличением незапланированного объёма ремонтных работ на межквартальных тепловых сетях проводимых ООО «Граст» по замене участка тепловой сети в двухтрубном исполнении от ТК-2/15 по ул. Менделеева, 5 (МОУ СОШ № 11) до ТК-2/12 по ул. Белово, 5. Подача тепловой энергии потребителям будет осуществлена по окончанию монтажных работ, ориентировочно 30.10.2026 г. по следующим адресам: ул. Менделеева 5А; ул. 50 лет Октября 4,6; ул. Линейная 3А; ул. Белово 1/2,3,5.
