РПП (расстройства пищевого поведения) могут восприниматься как отсутствие силы воли. Но на самом деле РПП часто идут в паре с депрессией или тревогой, поэтому проблема комплексная и сложная. Человек ограничивает свою жизнь мыслями о еде и о весе. Например, так выглядит опыт одной нашей клиентки, приводим с ее согласия
«Я боялась есть вредную еду на людях, поэтому пропускала встречи с друзьями. А дома, когда оставалась одна, ела много вредного, а потом прятала обертки/упаковки в отдельный мусорный пакет, чтобы моя соседка по квартире не видела».
К РПП стоит относиться серьезно, не нужно ждать, пока проблема станет невыносимой.
