Отзывов под товарами сотни. Спрос объясняется страхом прямо заявить о недовольстве, рассказала психолог Екатерина Трофимова «Москве 24». Покупка свечи создаёт иллюзию контроля.
«Безусловно, это инфантильный метод, поскольку ситуация в реальности не меняется», — подчеркнула эксперт.
Лучше объединиться с коллегами и донести проблему до руководства, а если ситуацию не решить, искать другую работу.
