Тем не менее, есть и отрицательные стороны этого развития: когда искусственным интеллектом завладел преступник, который использует его в своих криминальных целях, пытаясь ввести в заблуждение участников экономического взаимодействия, манипулируя информацией, фальсифицируя цифровые доказательства и злоупотребляя правом. […] В Верховном Суде реализуется Концепция внедрения искусственного интеллекта в судебную систему, в рамках этой Концепции предусмотрены сроки, задачи развития и технической помощи судьям в их работе. Безусловно, все это ведет к повышению качества отправления правосудия, и самое главное – его доступности.
✅Исковые требования исполнены добровольно, судом производство по делу прекращено
Кувандыкский районный суд рассмотрел иск о признании отсутствующим права собственности на часть земельного участка, расположенного в береговой полосе реки Чебакла.
Согласно материалам дела, земельный участок, принадлежащий жительнице Кувандыка, был сформирован с нарушением требований Водного кодекса РФ: его границы частично накладываются на реку Чебаклу, её береговую линию и береговую полосу.
По представлению Игоря Краснова Пленум утвердил положение о Научно-консультативном совете при Верховном Суде РФ и его новый состав. Решение, принятое в порядке «сплошной» кассации, не может считаться последним судебным актом по делу, разъяснил Пленум ВС России под председательством Игоря Краснова. Обновленное постановление о присуждении компенсации за нарушение разумных сроков судопроизводства устраняет неоднозначность в судебной практике и позволяет точно определить момент, с которого можно обращаться за возмещением.
В Кувандыкский районный суд Оренбургской области поступило исковое заявление местного жителя, согласно которому он является собственником транспортных средств, которые в 2022 году проданы в ООО «Гарант» в качестве металлома по договору купли-продажи. Таким образом, данные транспортные средства у него отсутствуют, однако до настоящего времени зарегистрированы за ним.
В мае 2026 году мужчина обратился в органы ГИБДД с заявлением о прекращении регистрации, но ему было отказано, в связи с наличием запрета на регистрационные действия.
✅Кувандычанину за нарушение спокойствия граждан судом назначен арест
В октябре 2026 года местный житель, находясь в общественном месте, действуя из хулиганских побуждений, громко выражался нецензурной бранью, в ночное время нарушил спокойствие граждан и повредил чужое имущество – входную дверь в квартире жилого дома.
По данному факту в отношении мужчины составлен протокол об административном правонарушении.
✅По иску о взыскании ущерба, причиненного заливом квартиры, сторонами заключено мировое соглашение
Кувандычанка обратилась в суд с иском о взыскании ущерба, причиненного заливом квартиры, указав, что она является собственником квартиры, расположенной на третьем этаже 5-этажного жилого дома. В период с мая 2026 года по июль 2026 года из квартиры, находящейся этажом выше и принадлежащей на праве собственности ответчику, произошло залитие ее квартиры из-за протечки трубопровода. Управляющей компанией составлен соответствующий акт.
Стоимость затрат по устранению дефектов внутренней отделки помещений квартиры определена в размере 77 075 руб., которые истец просила взыскать в ее пользу.
✅Заявителем пропущен срок подачи жалобы на постановление об административном правонарушении
Постановлением МТУ Ространснадзора по ЦФО общество с ограниченной ответственностью привлечено к административной ответственности за совершение административного правонарушения и подвергнуто административному наказанию в виде административного штрафа в размере 375 000 руб.
В жалобе представитель юридического лица просил отменить постановление как незаконное, указав, что при движении автомобиля через весогабаритный контроль в сторону г. Медногорска, автомобиль не превысил предельно допустимые показатели по осевой нагрузке. Однако, при возвращении обратно, автомобиль с пустым кузовом превысил предельного допустимый показатель по осевой нагрузке автопоезда, что невозможно.
Житель г. Кувандыка обратился в суд с иском к ответчику, указав, что в январе 2025 года он передал своему знакомому в долг денежные средства в размере 238 000 руб. сроком до июня 2026 года, о чем была составлена расписка. Заемщик частично возвратил денежные средства в общем размере 168 000 руб. Оставшаяся сумма долга в размере 70 000 руб. не возвращена.
В адрес должника дважды направлялись претензии с требованием о возвращении долга, которые им оставлены без рассмотрения.
