В Алтайском крае 49-летнего жителя Рубцовска обвиняют в хулиганстве после того, как от его действий пострадала несовершеннолетняя. Об этом сообщили прокуратура Алтайского края и региональное управление Следственного комитета.
По данным следствия, 9 сентября мужчина находился возле магазина на улице Федоренко, когда поднял с земли камень и бросил его в проезжавший мимо питбайк. Камень попал в голову 17-летней пассажирке. Девушка получила черепно-мозговую травму, причинённый ей вред здоровью квалифицировали как лёгкий.
Расследование завершено. Прокурор утвердил обвинительное заключение, а уголовное дело о хулиганстве направили в суд.
При этом водитель питбайка тоже был привлечён к административной ответственности: он выехал на дорогу общего пользования на спортивном инвентаре, не предназначенном для движения по таким дорогам.

Речь идёт о бывшем заместителе директора по административно‑хозяйственной работе Алтайского краевого центра детского отдыха, туризма и краеведения. Следствие и суд доказали, что он превратил служебное положение в источник незаконной прибыли — и схема была масштабной. 📉
Всё началось с договора на охрану детских лагерей: в 2021 году осуждённый обманул гендиректора частного охранного предприятия. Он заявил, что за создание «надлежащих условий» для охранников ему нужно ежемесячно передавать по 30 тысяч рублей наличными. На деле это был чистый обман — так чиновник незаконно получил 180 тысяч рублей. 💰
Дальше — больше. В 2022 году он наладил целую систему «выгодных» договоров подряда. За деньги он обеспечивал приёмку и оплату работ, даже если подрядчики вообще ничего не делали. В результате из бюджета учреждения утекло более 2 миллионов 207 тысяч рублей — огромная сумма для госучреждения. 💸
Но и этого ему оказалось мало: за содействие в заключении договоров на строительные и ремонтные работы он получил взятку от предпринимателя — более 977 тысяч рублей. А «на десерт» фигурант ещё и организовал хищение 16 секций периметрального ограждения с территории детского лагеря — ущерб превысил 92 тысячи рублей. 🚧
Разоблачить схему удалось благодаря оперативной работе сотрудников УФСБ России по Алтайскому краю. 🕵️♂️
Суд вынес жёсткий, но справедливый вердикт: 7 лет и 1 месяц в колонии строгого режима, штраф в 1 миллион рублей, а также запрет на занятие административно‑хозяйственными и управленческими должностями в госучреждениях и в системе образования на 5 лет. 🏛️🔒

🧬 Учёные восстановили внешность денисовцев - древних людей, чьи останки нашли на Алтае
Исследователи из Китая воссоздали облик денисовца по фрагментам черепов, найденным в Китае. Возраст этих останков - более 130 тысяч лет. Результаты исследования опубликованы в журнале Nature.
По реконструкции, у древнего человека были низкий покатый лоб, массивные надбровные дуги и прямоугольные глазницы. Чтобы восстановить внешность, учёные изучили белки, сохранившиеся в костях.
Денисовцев впервые обнаружили как отдельную группу древних людей на Алтае. В 2008 году в Денисовой пещере нашли фалангу пальца девочки. Анализ ДНК показал, что она принадлежала человеку, генетически отличавшемуся от неандертальцев и современных людей.
