How the quality index is calculated
❗️Силовики рассказали, как вышли на след убийцы, который в Новый год забил молотком 7 уральцев с детьми. Раскрыть преступление века помог следователь Алексей Мешавкин.
В новогоднюю ночь с 1992 на 1993 год в Каменске-Уральском 21-летний Виктор Петриченко отравил клофелином компанию из семи человек. Когда взрослые отключились, он размозжил их головы молотком, который принес с собой. Детей заманил по очереди на кухню. Сначала проломил череп мальчику, потом его сестре. Забрал все деньги и ценности, какие были в квартире, и скрылся.
Дело сдвинулось с мертвой точки лишь в 2020-х годах. Как рассказал старший следователь регионального СУ СКР Алексей Мешавкин в видеопроекте «Код чести», современные криминалисты смогли выделить генотип с окурков, найденных на месте убийства. В федеральной базе совпадений не оказалось, но анализ на родственные связи вывел следствие на Амурскую область.
Там Петриченко жил под своим именем. Стопроцентную уверенность в его виновности дали старые отпечатки пальцев, сохранившиеся в материалах дела, которые совпали со следами с места преступления.
В начале 2025 года Петриченко был задержан в Амурской области и этапирован в Каменск-Уральский. Красногорский районный суд вынес ему приговор: убийца получил 14 лет и 11 месяцев колонии строгого режима.
Силовики задержали статустного следователя. Сегодня ему избирали меру пресечения.
По словам источников , сейчас Денис Кельбиханов находится дома. Обвиняют его в получении взятки. Ранее он служил в Новой Ляле, Реже, Тавде и Нижнем Тагиле. В 2019-м возглавил отдел СКР по Верх-Исетскому району, а потом перевелся в Октябрьский район.
Накануне силовики провели обыски в здании СКР, где работал Кельбиханов. Там нашли около 2 млн рублей. Дома у следователя были еще 200 тысяч рублей. Он пояснил, что копил на ипотеку. К коррупции, якобы, не имеет отношения. Близкие тоже не верят, что Денис может быть связан со взятками.
Однако показания против него дали аж два человека. Они рассказали следствию, что передавали деньги руководителю отдела СКР, чтобы «похоронить» свое уголовное дело, заявил источник . По предварительным данным, речь может идти о бизнесмене Кирилле Ларине, которого вместе с друзьями судят по обвинению в незаконной банковской деятельности.

21-летний Вадим погиб от рук своей возлюбленной Юлии. Трагедия произошла в ночь на 22 октября в квартире элитного ЖК в Москве.
