Звучит странно, но это правда. Объясняем, почему в Chaika Groom мы просим хозяев ждать в зоне ожидания.
Три причины:
🔹 Собака реагирует на вас. Рядом с хозяином даже послушный питомец тянется, скулит и пытается спрыгнуть со стола. Мастеру сложно работать, когда собака вертится.
🔹 Реакция передаётся другим. В зале несколько мастеров. Одна собака начала реагировать и пошло по всем: лай, паника, стресс.
🔹 Безопасность. Острые инструменты, горячий воздух, электричество. Лишние движения и попытки спрыгнуть – риск травмы.
Отдельно про рабочий зал: заглядывать туда во время процедуры не стоит. Собака, которая уже успокоилась, при виде хозяина мгновенно оживает, начинает скакать по столу и стрижка заканчивается на середине.
У нас есть уютная зона ожидания. Все пожелания по стрижке мастер обсудит с вами до начала, после груминга покажем результат и дадим рекомендации.
Без хозяина собаки спокойнее. А спокойная собака – это качественная стрижка и безопасность для всех 💜
