29 октября Арбитражный суд Поволжского округа вынес решение по кассационной жалобе бывшего депутата Самарской губернской думы Александра Милеева в рамках разбирательств между ООО «ЭкоСтройРесурс» и МИФНС России № 22 по Самарской области. Кассационная инстанция отклонила жалобу Милеева и оставила без изменений как решение суда первой инстанции, так и постановление суда апелляционной инстанции.
Важно: в решении первой инстанции бывший депутат Самарской губернской думы Александр Милеев фактически был признан бенефициаром «ЭкоСтройРесурса» — бывшего регионального оператора по обращению с ТКО в Самарской области. При банкротстве компании (а эта процедура уже запущена в рамках отдельного арбитражного процесса) его могут (и должны будут) привлечь к субсидиарной ответственности по долгам общества.

Исследования проводились в специальной безэховой камере, с задействованием в том числе и робота-автопилота (видимо, для человека созданные условия были небезопасными).
«Результаты испытаний подтвердили запас устойчивости электронных систем LADA Azimut и их стабильную работу в условиях повышенных электромагнитных нагрузок», - сообщает пресс-служба АВТОВАЗа.
‼️ Открытие века: Самарский биоспутник подтвердил возможность внеземного происхождения жизни
Разработанный и изготовленный самарским РКЦ «Прогресс» биоспутник «Бион-М» № 2 летал с 20 августа по 19 сентября 2025 года на солнечно-синхронной орбите высотой 372 километра. На его внешней поверхности был закреплен «искусственный метеорит», заселенный тремя видами бактерий с Камчатки. Бактерии сначала подвергались воздействию безвоздушного пространства, космического холода и радиации, а затем, при спуске на землю – температур до 1200 градусов Цельсия. Один из трёх штаммов выжил.
О результатах эксперимента рассказал сегодня телеканалу RTVI научный сотрудник Института медико-биологических проблем РАН Александр Гуридов.
Проведенный эксперимент на практике подтверждает так называемую «импактную» теорию возникновения жизни на Земле, согласно которой первые живые микроорганизмы могли прибыть на нашу планету с одним из метеоритов. Самарский спутник доказал: это вполне возможно. Бактерии переживут путешествие в открытом космосе и спуск на Землю. Как минимум, если они – с Камчатки.
За неделю с 20 по 26 октября АИ-95 подешевел на 1,42% — до 81,36 ₽/л, АИ-92 — на 0,93%, до 77,31 ₽/л, дизель — на 0,41%, до 82,96 ₽/л. Исключение — АИ-98 и выше: +0,08%, до 98,70 ₽/л.

❗️В Самаре готовится новогодний запрет на пиротехнику и салюты
Городские власти подготовили проект постановления о введении в Самаре «особого противопожарного режима» — с 28 декабря 2026 года по 17 января 2027 года. Он предполагает полный запрет на салюты, фейерверки, петарды и прочую пиротехнику в местах массового скопления людей (от 50 человек и более), а также на территории городских парков, скверов, площадей.
