Мой домашний «Цезарь» — это про уют и любимые детали.
Я обожаю готовить этот салат по-своему — в нём каждый ингредиент на своём месте. Для основы беру половинку куриной грудки и запекаю её на пергаменте: так мясо получается сочным, а кухня остаётся чистой. Никакого лишнего масла — только специи и немного любви.
Дальше всё по канону, но с моими личными правилами: ни за что не заменю айсберг на пекинскую капусту — мне важен именно его хруст и свежий вкус. Помидорки черри добавляю для сочности, сухарики (обязательно сама готовлю в аэрогриле) — для текстуры, а кусочек сыра (граммов 200) — чтобы вкус стал насыщенным.
А заправка у меня простая, но идеальная: майонез, немного лимонного сока и полчайной ложки горчицы. Всё смешиваю — и получается тот самый баланс: нежно, но с лёгкой пикантной ноткой.
Наш любимый салат. Он очень вкусный, сытный. Гнездо тетерева. Мы называем этот салат именно так. Рецепт простой: Для гнездышка: У меня 1 половинка отворной куриной грудки 2 моркови и 2 головки лука обжариваем по отдельности!!! Это важно!!! можно на сливочном, я люблю на растительное масле Яйца отварные 3 штуки. Белки идут в общую массу можно резать можно на терке, а желтки отложим. Все перемешиваем с майонезом, формируем гнездо Для яиц: Плавленный сырок с 1 крупным зубчиком чеснока и майонезом перемешиваем, катаем шарики и обваливаем их в яичных желтках. Выкладываем в гнездо. Как я начала писать стихи? В один пост всю историю творчества я не уложу. Вот 1 часть
Мне было 9 лет, это время, когда весь мир помещается в одну игру. Мы с мамой часто ходили в гости к знакомым, и там у меня была подружка Оксана — она была старше меня на год. Каждый раз мы ломали голову: во что бы поиграть? И однажды придумали свою игру: я называю слово — например, «солнце», она — «кошка», а дальше мы должны за пару минут придумать про них четверостишие.
Строчки рождались прямо на ходу, иногда смешные, иногда трогательные, но всегда — наши. Мы так увлеклись, что сочинили целую пачку стишков. А потом Оксана взяла и отнесла их в редакцию местной газеты. И представьте — их напечатали! Детские стихи, написанные просто ради игры. Они немного их подкорректировали (что мне совсем совсем не понравилось) Но вот с тех самых пор, когда игра вышла на уровень газеты и моя фамилия зазвучала, я прям гордилась собой. Поселок был маленький, и если фамилия попала в газету - это триумф, не иначе. Так я и стала немного пробовать писать, правда очень редко, но все же.
А лет в 14, уже точно не помню, я пересматривала фильм на видеокассете «Служебный роман». И вот сцена, где героиня Светланы Немоляевой читает стихотворение. "О, мой застенчивый герой, Ты ловко избежал позора, Как долго я играла роль, Не опираясь на партнёра..." стала решающей. В ней столько нежности и лёгкой грусти… стихотворение меня тогда по-настоящему зацепило. Я ещё не знала что оно принадлежит Белле Ахмадулиной. Именно на фоне этих строк родилось моё первое «взрослое» стихотворение. Я начала с похожей интонации: «Ты мой герой, тебя люблю И ты об этом знаешь Играешь роль, но ты меня Уже не замечаешь…» Мама меня поддержала, сказала чтобы я пришла к ней на работу и мы их напечатали на компьютере на память (это была какая-то машина смешная большая, но называлась компьютер))))))) . Сохранились листы из детской тетради, я их берегу, и ещё тетрадь, которую я завела в 1999 году, её мне отдала бабушка, она формата А4 большая, красивая для того времени. Вот так я начала писать стихи, пишу и сейчас, конечно не в том порыве как в юношестве. И, конечно они уже другие, они кстати совершенно разные в каждом возрасте.

Котлетки из куриной грудки: быстро, просто и нереально вкусно!
Признаюсь, этот рецепт — мой фаворит: минимум движений, максимум удовольствия И да, других слов тут правда не подобрать — это просто очень вкусно!
Что нужно: 2 половинки куриной грудки 1 яйцо ~100 г сыра 1 ст. л. майонеза 2 ст. л. муки (без горки) соль, перец, сухой чеснок, приправа для курицы (по желанию)
Как готовлю: Грудку слегка отбиваю, а потом режу максимально мелко — чем мельче, тем сочнее котлетки. Добавляю все ингредиенты, перемешиваю — и готово к жарке!Обжариваю до золотистой корочки. Всё! Никаких сложных шагов, а результат — просто восторг. Обязательно попробуйте — не пожалеете!
