Депозитарная трастовая компания DTC, подразделение американской клиринговой корпорации DTCC, запустила сервис для токенизации ценных бумаг. Платформа обеспечивает перевод клиентских активов между традиционной и токенизированной формами.
Соглашения о подключении к сервису уже подписали 20 финансовых организаций, среди которых JPMorgan, Citi, Alpaca и Fidelity Investments. На старте пользователям открыли доступ к отдельным акциям из индекса Russell 1000, казначейским облигациям США и биржевым фондам на ключевые фондовые индексы.
Кыргызстан прекратил выдачу разрешений на подключение новых майнинг-ферм. Ограничение продлится до тех пор, пока власти не достроят крупные гидроэлектростанции и не закроют внутренние потребности страны в электричестве. Об этом заявил президент республики Садыр Жапаров.
Сейчас в стране работают только две фермы. Одна из них расположена на Камбаратинской ГЭС-2 и потребляет 30 МВт мощности агрегата на 120 МВт, запущенного в 2009 году. Управляющая компания VanEck представила биржевой фонд Wealth Builder ETF под тикером WBMO. Новый инструмент объединяет традиционные акции, облигации, реальные активы и криптовалюту. Целевая доля биткоина зафиксирована на уровне 2% портфеля с допустимым диапазоном изменений от 1% до 5%.
Фонд не предполагает прямого владения криптовалютой: доступ к ней обеспечивается через приобретение долей в спотовых биржевых продуктах. Портфель находится под активным управлением команды, а совокупная комиссия за управление составляет 0,33% годовых.
Janus Henderson перенесла Nasdaq-100 на блокчейн Stellar
Управляющая компания Janus Henderson совместно с платформой Centrifuge запустила токенизированный фонд JQQQ, который отслеживает индекс Nasdaq-100 по официальной лицензии биржи. Продукт развернут в сети Stellar и рассчитан на квалифицированных инвесторов за пределами США. Хранителем базовых ценных бумаг выступает инвестиционный банк J.P. Morgan.
Минимальный порог для входа инвесторов составляет 100 000 USDC при годовой комиссии за управление в размере 0,1%. Условия предусматривают ежедневный выпуск и погашение паев фонда в стейблкоинах USDC или USDT.
В Госдуме предложили ограничить операции резервного фонда в цифровых рублях
Комитет Госдумы по бюджету и налогам выступил против бессрочного закрепления цифрового рубля для резервного фонда правительства. Депутаты предложили разрешить кабмину проводить такие операции только в течение 2027 года, чтобы сначала оценить работу нового платежного инструмента на практике.
Изначальная поправка давала правительству постоянное право использовать цифровые рубли для операций со средствами фонда. Норма включена в законопроект № 616-9 об изменениях в Бюджетный кодекс, который поступил в Госдуму 30 сентября в составе общего пакета к проекту федерального бюджета.
Ripple получила лицензию на запуск национального банка в США
Управление контролера денежного обращения США (OCC) выдало Ripple окончательное одобрение на создание Ripple National Trust Bank. Новая структура возьмет под управление резервы стейблкоина RLUSD и будет оказывать кастодиальные услуги цифровых активов корпоративным клиентам под прямым федеральным надзором.

🚨 В «Москва-Сити» накрыли криптообменник мошенников
Столичная полиция задержала пятерых сотрудников криптообменника, расположенного в «Москва-Сити». Через эту точку выводили средства жертв телефонных аферистов. Расследование началось после заявления 73-летней москвички, которая отдала злоумышленникам 13,3 млн рублей наличными.
Посыльного, забравшего сумку с деньгами на Лосевской улице, перехватили по горячим следам. На допросе он указал конечный пункт доставки — офис в деловом центре столицы. В помещении обменника силовики задержали четверых сотрудников, приехавших из Волгоградской области, а позже арестовали пятого фигуранта схемы.
Производитель аппаратных криптокошельков Keystone сообщил об утечке клиентских данных через API интернет-магазина на базе Shopify. В компании заявили, что сид-фразы, приватные ключи, пароли к кошелькам и банковские реквизиты не скомпрометированы. Несанкционированный доступ уже перекрыли, однако злоумышленники пока не найдены, а число пострадавших клиентов не раскрывается.
Команда проекта разослала предупреждения пользователям и пообещала опубликовать подробный отчет об атаке. В Keystone признали, что утечка имен и физических адресов создает угрозу фишинга: мошенники могут звонить, присылать письма или пытаться продать взломанные устройства под видом возврата средств.
