Сегодня, 29 октября, отмечаем день рождения комсомола! В 1918 году появился Российский коммунистический союз молодёжи (позже — ВЛКСМ). Для многих это не просто дата, а целая эпоха: красный значок, комсомольский билет, собрания, первые трудовые свершения и крепкая дружба.
Комсомольцы строили заводы и города, осваивали целину, возводили БАМ, работали в студенческих отрядах. Но ярче всего в памяти остались моменты молодости: походы с друзьями, песни у костра, первые серьёзные чувства и встречи, которые определили судьбу.
Именно в те годы многие обрели друзей на всю жизнь. В 1991 году организация прекратила существование, но воспоминания остались у нескольких поколений.

В регионе готовят поправки к правилам компенсации за автомобили, пострадавшие при обстрелах. Сейчас выплату можно получить только один раз и лишь за одно авто, но власти хотят это изменить.
Что может стать доступно после принятия поправок: ✅ Повторные выплаты — можно будет обращаться за компенсацией не единожды. ✅ Выплаты за несколько машин в семье — поддержка распространится на разные авто, если они принадлежат одной семье. ✅ Пересмотр прежних отказов — если изменения примут, ранее отклонённые заявки могут быть заново оценены.

Что полезнее для людей старшего возраста — говядина или свинина? По мнению экспертов Московской школы общественного здоровья, у обоих видов мяса есть свои сильные стороны — и выбор во многом зависит от индивидуальных потребностей организма.
🥩 Говядина — лидер по содержанию железа. Кроме того, в ней немало цинка, магния и кальция. Именно говядину чаще рекомендуют тем, у кого снижен гемоглобин или нередко возникает чувство слабости.
🥓 Свинина уступает по железу, но выигрывает по витаминам группы B (B1, B3, B6) — они помогают сохранять бодрость, поддерживают энергию и нормальную работу нервной системы. Ещё в свинине есть селен и фосфор: эти элементы важны для защиты клеток и поддержания обмена веществ.

Волонтёры Белгородской области удостоены нагрудного знака «Доброволец России»
Губернатор Александр Шуваев рассказал, что высшую награду в сфере добровольчества получили пять наших землячек. Среди них — волонтёры разных возрастов и профессий, которых объединяет любовь к родной Белгородчине.
«За каждой из них — сотни добрых дел и тысячи часов, отданных другим людям. Это помощь участникам СВО и их семьям, поддержка людей в чрезвычайных ситуациях, развитие волонтёрских объединений», — подчеркнул Александр Михайлович.
Отметим, нагрудный знак «Доброволец России» присуждается волонтёрам, внёсшим большой вклад в развитие добровольчества в стране. В этом году на получение награды подали 1822 заявки 85 регионов. К получению знака рекомендовали 202 человека из 80 регионов.
В школах Ровеньского округа Белгородской области активно развиваются профильные классы
Такая работа помогает осознанно подойти к выбору будущей профессии и закладывает основу для развития ключевых отраслей региона.
На базе Ровеньской средней школы с углублённым изучением отдельных предметов состоялась торжественная церемония посвящения десятиклассников в ряды профильного психолого‑педагогического класса и в юные медики Белогорья.
В ходе мероприятия ребята дали торжественное обещание ответственно осваивать основы педагогики и психологии, развивать в себе чуткость, терпение и умение слышать другого – качества, без которых невозможно представить настоящего учителя или наставника.
