В доме авария на стояке холодного водоснабжения. С августа жители испытывают серьёзные неудобства из-за отсутствия нормальной холодной воды. Чтобы устранить неисправность и восстановить нормальную подачу воды, слесарям управляющей компании необходимо попасть в квартиру № 34, где находится общедомовое инженерное оборудование.
Но собственники в ней не проживают, а на телефонные звонки не отвечают. И пока доступа нет, страдает весь дом.

28 октября с 9:00 в связи с проведением плановых ремонтных работ на вводе тепловой сети по адресу: ул. Ленина, 56, будет прекращена подача теплоносителя по подающему и обратному трубопроводам.
Подача теплоносителя будет возобновлена сразу по завершении работ.

🩸Новоуралочка предстанет перед судом по обвинению в убийстве сожителя.
Новоуральское подразделение Следственного комитета РФ завершило расследование уголовного дела в отношении 44-летней горожанки. Она обвиняется в совершении преступления по ч. 1 ст. 105 УК РФ — убийство.
Как сообщает СК, в ходе следствия установлено, что утром 4 октября 2026 года обвиняемая, будучи пьяной, вступила в конфликт с сожителем - 45-летним мужчиной. Вооружившись ножом, она ударила его в живот. Через непродолжительное время мужчина умер на месте происшествия.
В ближайшее время дело будет направлено в суд для рассмотрения.
Новоуральску вновь пообещали комплекс по переработке отходов
Минприроды области утвердило новую территориальную схему обращения с отходами на территории Свердловской области. Из неё следует, что в семи точках региона должны построить комплексы по переработке отходов. И один из них в Новоуральске. В соответствии с документом, с которым ознакомилась «Нейва», новоуральский должен быть введён в эксплуатацию не позднее 2037 года.
Напомним, это не первая попытка построить что-то подобное у нас. Например, в ранних планах регоператора «Экосервис», звучал аж целый завод по переработке коммунальных отходов в Новоуральске. Но не случилось. К концу 2018 года «Экосервис» говорил о готовности вложить до 50 млн рублей уже в создание линии по сортировке мусора. Тоже не случилось.
В территориальной схеме, разработанной на уровне области к концу 2021 года, в 2026 году в Новоуральске должен был заработать мусоросортировочный комплекс мощностью 40-50 тысяч тонн в год. Но комплекса нет. И вот сейчас, в очередной версии схемы, появился новый план и новый срок: не позднее 2037 года построить и ввести в эксплуатацию в Новоуральске комплекс по переработке отходов.
💰Тарифы на техосмотр в Свердловской области с 1 января вырастут на 5,6%.
Власти Свердловской области утвердили предельные тарифы на технический осмотр. Осмотр легковых авто будет обходиться 1270 рублей вместо 1202 рублей. А мототехники – до 446 рублей.
Изменится цена техосмотра автобусов до 2173 рублей. Также осмотр автобусов, у которых вес превышает пять тонн, будет стоить 2625 рублей.
До 1273 рублей вырастет цена осмотра городского наземного электротранспорта.
«МКР 20» привлечен к административной ответственности по части 2 статьи 14.1.3 КоАП РФ за нарушение лицензионных требований при управлении многоквартирными домами. К замгенерального прокурора РФ Сергею Зайцеву обратилась жительница дома № 5 по ул. Корнилова с жалобой на ненадлежащее содержание общего имущества многоквартирного дома. Прокурорская проверка с привлечением специалистов Госжилинспекции зафиксировала отвратительное ненормативное состояние подъездов, крыльца, отмостки, а также вышедший из строя общедомовой прибор учета тепла. После представления, которое было внесено прокурором, УК сразу же отремонтировала общее имущество МКД и восстановила работоспособность прибора учета. Жителям пересчитали коммуналку, вернув на счет дома 53 тысячи рублей. ⁉️Внимание, вопрос: чтобы прокуратура Новоуральска реагировала на отвратительную работу УК всегда нужно в Генпрокуратуру обращаться?

Бомбы в учебных заведениях, погибший рабочий, сгоревшая баня. Что произошло в Новоуральском округе за неделю с 19 по 25 октября.
✅20 октября на электронную почту школы села Тарасково поступило сообщение о том, что в школе заложена бомба. Естественно, по тревоге были подняты все соответствующие службы. Здание обследовали. Бомбу не обнаружили.
✅23 октября уже в медколледж пришло письмо о том, что здание заминировано. Из него эвакуировали более полусотни студентов, а также сотрудников. Здание обследовали. Ничего не нашли. Буквально через час после сообщения и эвакуации студенты вернулись к занятиям.
✅В этот же день на территории одного из частных домов по улице Ольховой при погрузочных работах стрелой автокрана придавило мужчину. Он умер до прибытия скорой помощи.
✅24 октября, вечером, загорелась баня в садах «Строитель-1» на одном из участков по улице Центральная. Как сообщают пожарные, горело на площади 16 кв.м. и была угроза распространения огня на садовый дом. Дом отстояли, в причинах пожара сейчас разбирается Госпожнадзор.
