В Петербурге представили 16-слойную печатную плату шестого класса точности, изготовленную в России. Ранее изделия с такими характеристиками в стране не производились, сообщает «Фонтанка».
Плата войдёт в систему магистральной связи, которая передаёт несколько потоков информации по одному оптоволокну. Ширина токопроводящих дорожек — около 0,075 мм.
Система поддерживает до 96 оптических каналов со скоростью от 10 до 200 Гбит/с. Сейчас она проходит опытную эксплуатацию. Следующее поколение плат рассчитано на 400–800 Гбит/с, опытные образцы планируют выпустить в 2027 году.

В Мариинском дворце Петербурга прошла секция форума Всемирного Русского Народного Собора о семье и демографии. Модератором выступила настоятельница Воскресенского Новодевичьего монастыря игуменья София.
Глава комитета по молодежной политике Елена Разумишкина сообщила, что комитет открывает площадки для живого общения, включая клуб молодых мам. Число семей увеличивается через студенческие и строительные отряды.
Игуменья София отметила, что в Петербурге рождается около 50 тысяч детей в год, а умирает больше. Падение рождаемости заметно по школам: классы недобирают учеников.

По её словам, Петербург внёс существенный вклад в развитие отношений с островным государством. Культурные связи между городами существуют давно. Среди совместных проектов — сотрудничество с академией имени Штиглица.

Строительство Судебного квартала в Петербурге завершат к концу 2027 года
Судебный квартал на проспекте Добролюбова в Санкт-Петербурге введут в эксплуатацию 20 декабря 2027 года. Срок указан в дополнительном соглашении к строительному контракту, сообщает «Фонтанка».
Комплекс объединяет Верховный суд, Судебный департамент, подземную парковку и жилой дом для сотрудников. К августу 2027 года в здании Верховного суда завершат кровлю, к 20 декабря — окна, отделку и коммуникации. Благоустройство территории закончат к ноябрю 2027-го. Стоимость проекта выросла до 63,3 млрд рублей.

Суд по иску Ксении Бородиной и Николая Сердюкова к блогеру Веронике Степановой неожиданно отложили. Заседание перенесли на 10 декабря.

Петербуржец обнаружил долг за коммунальные услуги по адресу в Мурманске, хотя жилья там у него нет. О задолженности он узнал, когда банк ограничил доступ к счёту.
Банк заблокировал около 20 тысяч рублей. Позже ограничение сняли, но примерно 500 рублей списали. Сумма долга за коммунальные услуги в Мурманске составляет около 29 тысяч рублей.
Мужчина намерен добиться ответа от управляющей компании, откуда у неё его личные данные. Он написал письмо в суд, чтобы отменить решение, принятое ещё в 2021 году.
К 2030 году 95 % судей будут использовать ИИ для рутины
К 2030 году более 95% судей будут регулярно использовать ИИ-сервисы, сообщили в Общественной палате РФ. От 30 до 50% проектов процессуальных документов планируется формировать с помощью нейросетей.
Автоматизация типовых задач снизит нагрузку на судей и сократит сроки рассмотрения дел на 20–30%. Не менее 80% подготовленных ИИ проектов документов судьи будут утверждать без существенных корректировок.
Окончательное решение останется за человеком. Технологии носят вспомогательный характер, ключевая роль в принятии решений сохраняется за судьёй.
На Алтае требуют расторгнуть соглашения с резидентами ОЭЗ «Бирюзовая Катунь»
Арбитражный суд Алтайского края 19 ноября рассмотрит два иска к резидентам особой экономической зоны «Бирюзовая Катунь». Истцом выступает краевое Управление по развитию туризма и курортной деятельности.
Ведомство требует прекратить соглашения, по которым компании вели туристско-рекреационную деятельность на территории зоны. Один из договоров был подписан 15 ноября 2022 года. Данные опубликованы в картотеке арбитражных дел.
