Прогулка, размышление, полет мысли, наедине с собой или с близким родным, человеком. Самый дешевый и малозатратный вид спорта, вид физической нагрузки, который проветривает не только голову, но и укрепляет, ноги, сухожилия, стопы, кости, мышцы, общее психологическое состояние, сердце, так как это кардио нагрузка. К вам вернутся румянец и хорошее настроение, а так же вера в свои безграничные возможности, если вы сможете себя отправлять гулять каждый день, несмотря на погоду и настроение. Не игнорируйте прогулки, это самое простое что вы можете сделать для пользы своего здоровья 💪🫶

Итак Алиса у нас, наверное, первый раз с 5 класса вышла за четверть ударницей 🥳 ни одной тройки😁 так что я немного 🥹 прослезилась. Рада что у неё получилось отследить наконец-то все свои двойки, тройки, вовремя исправить, найти сил и подойти к учителю с просьбой. То есть применяем обычные взрослые навыки, общаться и договариваться. Надеюсь ей и дальше хватит трудолюбия и крепости духа, готовится, меньше спорить с учителями, больше вникать в суть предметов, а не прослушивать темы поверхностно. Она такая довольная, всем родным позвонила и похвасталась🤘Сегодня сама едет в Саянскую выбирать себе юбку на линейку 💔 Довольная как слон 🐘. Ульяна в истерике у нее вышло наверное две или три тройки, но Алиса спит дома, а ей надо идти в школу. На уговоры со слезами оставить её дома, мать года, то есть я, отправила ребенка в школу, еще и отругала за слабость характера и нежелание нести ответственность за свою лень, невнимательность и т.д. Правда с собой дала шоколадку 🍫 😁 🫶 Падали, но поднимались... Любить не значит быть чрезмерно строгим или чрезмерно мягким, во всем нужно знать меру и это как раз самое сложное. Пусть и вам дорогие всегда удаётся найту ту самую золотую середину, хорошего дня 🤘😁💃❤️

Иногда когда ты оператор АЗС на работе, посудомойка, уборщица, жена, мать, дома, спортсменка и просто красавица, у тебя не остается сил и терпения быть еще и учителем. Очень хочется чтоб дети наши были счастливы, уверены в себе, спокойны. Любили нас и всех вокруг. К этому и будем стремиться всеми своими силами!
Вчера со старшенькой разбирались с географией, сегодня пересдача теста 🎓 Удачи ребенку, был двояк, слезы и абсолютное непонимание текста даже заданий, иногда я думаю что у меня преподавательский дар 😁😁😂 после моих объяснений им всё становится понятнее. Хотя были и казусы в моей "практике", помню как чудом не прибила Алису когда объясняла ей децеметры 😈😱🥹
Тем временем девочки я все так же готовлю себе, стараюсь по возможности ездить на тренировки или заниматься дома. Вес стабилен. Есть немного вопросов к питанию, т.е. к поеданию сладкого. Но пока я это оставляю. Просто наблюдаю. Получается как в принципе Паретто 80/20. 80% полезной еды и 20% сладостей. В принципе не дают мне ни каких проблем, кроме самобичевания.
