Предполагается, что трафик с иностранных доменов будет проходить через технические средства противодействия угрозам (ТСПУ), а ведомство получит право устанавливать ограничения на объем передаваемых данных.
Эксперты предупреждают, что технически отделить зарубежный трафик от российского сложно. Ограничения могут затронуть не только VPN-сервисы, но и обновления операционных систем, приложения и онлайн-игры.
