А пока вливаемся в рабочую неделю, напоминаю:
"матовое стекло" на КТ лёгких не обязательно означает вирусную пневмонию.
Иногда это просто участки, где воздух не попадает из-за сазма бронхов.
И это уходит при нормализации вентиляции

- Как помочь лёгким?
- Очень просто: не мешать
Это правда так. Лёгкие это вам сердце, а сердце - не лёгкие, да простят меня кардиологи.
Механистичное восприятие, что можно заранее где-то "смазать шестерёнки", проверить электричество (как в сердце), разобрать механизм мышечного сокращения по полочкам и провести ТО - не сработает.
При всей технической оснащенности приходится полагаться на оттенки звука в фонендоскопе, выпытывать литературное описание смутного дискомфорта, визуализировать процесс дыхания и рисовать пациенту на клочке бумаги.
И это если что-то поломалось.
Так что абсолютно точно - надо постараться хотя бы не вредить.
✅Не курить.
✅Не дышать ничем вредным (адекватно использовать средства индивидуальной защиты)
✅Вакцинироваться от гриппа и пневмококковой инфекции, чтобы не болеть
✅Целоваться с собакой (если нет своей, одолжить у соседа. Ну или украсть....)
✅Адекватно лечить, если что-то случилось
В общем, делать все, что вы и без меня прекрасно знаете, поскольку здравый смысл никто не отменял.
Просто мы редко к нему прислушиваемся))

Смотрите: ваш иммунитет - это армия. Когда болеем пневмонией, она воюет против бактерий в лёгких.
Во время этих боевых действий мы подходим сзади, отвлекаем "солдат", и говорим:
"Йоу, ребята, идите-ка пройдите дополнительное обучение".
Вы бы куда такого начальника отправили? Правильно, в далекое пешее путешествие.
Но иммунитет не может не подчиниться, и конечно снимет ряд своих резервов, отправит на обучение - как воевать с гриппом.
Можно привиться в период разрешения пневмонии, как только ушла температура. Можно привиться сразу после выписки из стационара или получения чистого рентгена в поликлинике.
Главное - понять, насколько оправданно вот так издевательски отвлекать иммунитет, заставлять его работать на 2 фронта.
Будем рисковать и прививать.
А если в сентябре обычная иммунокомпетентная женщина полежала с пневмонией, то совершенно спокойно дадим ей месяц на восстановление и привьем в конце октября - как раз адекватно эпид. ситуации))

Иногда - оправданно.
Например переболела бабушка пневмонией, а ее через 2 недели в интернат забирают, где будет очень много людей, и шанс заболеть гриппом и умереть от этого приближается к 101%.
