Как всё происходит? Специалисты заполняют систему водой и с помощью специального оборудования повышают давление до установленного значения. Затем проверяют, как система его выдерживает, осматривают трубопроводы, соединения и оборудование, обращают внимание на возможные протечки и падение давления.
Если обнаруживаются неисправности, их устраняют и при необходимости проводят повторную проверку. Если испытания пройдены успешно, система готова к дальнейшей подготовке к отопительному сезону.

Даже небольшая негерметичность соединения может стать причиной протечки при работе отопления. Опрессовка позволяет обнаружить такие дефекты заранее, снизить риск аварий и обеспечить надёжную работу системы в зимний период♨️
🌿 Городские службы продолжают уход за зелёными насаждениями
Проводится обрезка кустарников и сухих, повреждённых веток деревьев. Такие работы помогают поддерживать здоровье растений, стимулируют рост новых побегов и сохраняют декоративный вид зелёных насаждений.

🔄 Температура радиаторов зависит от погодных условий, параметров теплоносителя и особенностей системы отопления. Важно не то, насколько горячая батарея на ощупь, а обеспечивается ли необходимая температура воздуха в помещении.
🔧 Что делать, если батарея прогревается неравномерно?Причина может быть в скоплении воздуха, нарушении циркуляции или настройке системы. В таком случае следует обратиться в управляющую организацию, чтобы специалисты проверили внутридомовое оборудование и определили причину.

🌳 Управляющие компании Анапы присоединятся к озеленению города
Часть работ запланирована на осень 2026 года, остальные пройдут в зимние месяцы и в начале 2027 года.
Например, ООО «Анапажилсервис» предусмотрел высадку деревьев и кустарников по нескольким адресам. В планах — туи, бирючина, павловния, декоративные тополя, фотиния, дёрен, ива, вейгела и другие растения.
ООО УК «Виликус Сервис» запланировал озеленение придомовых территорий, в том числе высадку туй, фотинии, бирючины, декоративных деревьев и цветущих кустарников.
ООО УК «Стабильность» сообщил, что проведёт озеленение в переулках Родниковом, Ильинском и Спасском, а также на улице Солнечной.
ООО «Партнер-Анапа» запланировал высадку кустарников бересклета на Супсехском шоссе.
Присоединиться к этой работе могут и жители — собственники квартир и частных домовладений, высаживая растения и ухаживая за зелёными насаждениями на своих придомовых и прилегающих территориях.
