Заседания прошли в мировом суде Орджоникидзевского района Уфы. На скамье подсудимых - многодетная мать Юлия Ф. Как установила Фемида, подсудимая избила свою оппонентку - многодетную мать. Нанесла ей травмы различной степени тяжести. Злоумышенницу признали виновной по двум статьям Уголовного Кодекса - "нанесение телесных повреждение" и "угроза убийством".
Суд назначил ей наказание в виде 1 года 4 месяцев ограничения свободы. Осужденной отныне запрещено покидать Уфу без ведома сотрудников ФСИН, покидать свой дом с 22-00 до 6-00, не изменять место жительства, а также ежемесячно отмечаться у инспектора ФСИН. Кроме того с нее взыскали расходы на адвоката и лечение, кроме того злоумышленница выплатит компенсацию - 259 тысяч рублей.
Осужденная вину признала, но решение суда не комментировала. А вот пострадавшая определение Фемиды будет обжаловать. По ее мнению - наказание слишком "мягкое".
