Важнейшие критерии бюджета для Единой России — его социальная направленность, соответствие целям развития страны, которые ставит Президент, и финансирование Народной программы, с которой партия победила на выборах, заявил секретарь Генсовета партии Владимир Якушев.
Представленный Правительством документ этим критериям соответствует, поэтому наша фракция единогласно поддержала его в первом чтении. Работу над бюджетом мы начали ещё в ходе избирательной кампании и продолжили уже с новым составом фракции Единой России. В проработке документа активно участвовали наши депутаты — ветераны спецоперации. Их позиция позволила усилить бюджетные решения. В бюджете предусматриваются средства на индексацию пенсий и пособий, повышение минимального размера оплаты труда и поддержку семей с детьми, включая финансирование единого пособия и индексацию материнского капитала. Учтены положения Народной программы Единой России по развитию системы образования, строительству и капремонту школ и детских садов. Существенные средства закладываются на здравоохранение, лекарственное обеспечение и модернизацию первичного звена. Необходимое финансирование направят на поддержку участников специальной военной операции и их близких, —
разъяснил он.
Ко второму чтению в соответствии с поручением Председателя Единой России Дмитрия Медведева партия внесёт ряд поправок в документ, добавил секретарь Генсовета. Они касаются развития территорий, расширения социальных льгот, поддержки села.

Недавно я писал о Малике Алхилаеве, одержавшем победу на Всероссийских соревнованиях по самбо в Симферополе. На этом же турнире блестяще выступила ещё одна севастопольская спортсменка — Александра Перерва, завоевавшая золотую медаль.
Турнир собрал более 150 участников из 13 регионов страны, и в этой серьёзной борьбе Александра уверенно провела все схватки и одержала досрочные победы. Её золото— одно из самых ярких в россыпи из 19 медалей, привезённых севастопольской командой.
Это не случайный успех, а подтверждение стабильного роста. В копилке спортсменки — бронза Всероссийских соревнований по дзюдо в Москве, третье место на первенстве России по самбо в Кстово, неоднократные призёрства на первенстве ЮФО. Александра последовательно подтверждает свой уровень на каждом старте.
Отдельные слова благодарности — тренеру Кириллу Воловику: чемпиону Европы и мира по самбо, заслуженному мастеру спорта, призёру первенства Европы по дзюдо. Наставник, который сам прошёл путь до самых высоких пьедесталов, передаёт ученикам не только технику, но и понимание того, чего стоит победа.
Такие результаты — итог системной работы партии «Единая Россия». Проект «Новая школа» открывает детям спорт: современные залы и секции в шаговой доступности. «Выбор сильных» помогает выявлять одарённых спортсменов и сопровождать их на пути от первых турниров к всероссийским финалам. Талант, условия и упорный труд — формула, которая работает.
Александра, поздравляю с заслуженной победой! Впереди новые старты — и я уверен, что самые яркие ещё впереди. Севастополь болеет за тебя. 🇷🇺

До конца года обновим на улице Инженерная балка в Севастополе больше 600 погонных метров сетей водопровода.
«Водоканал» прокладывает новый водопровод взамен старого. Работы идут по федеральному проекту «Модернизация коммунальной инфраструктуры».
Трубопровод сделан из современных отечественных полимерных материалов, устойчивых к коррозии, а его диаметр увеличен до 160 миллиметров. Специалисты уже проложили больше 350 погонных метров труб закрытым способом и около 100 — открытым, сейчас монтируют колодцы. На участке работают буровые установки и экскаваторы.
Городской ландшафт стараемся сохранить: на большинстве участков применяем метод горизонтально-направленного бурения. Закрытый способ позволяет сохранить большую часть асфальтового покрытия в микрорайоне и минимизировать неудобства для жителей. Если приходится перекрывать участки возле домов, строители предупреждают жителей, чтобы те могли планировать маршруты.
Обновлённая сеть обеспечит стабильное водоснабжение окружающих домов.
