В социальных сетях неоднократно зафиксированы сообщения о подобных случаях на дорогах столицы Республики. Такие действия провоцируют аварийные ситуации и подвергают риску как самих «играков», так и водителей. Возраст участников «игры» в основном 7-13 лет. Учувствуют в «забаве» и девочки и мальчики: один бежит, а другие снимают. Самое главное это спрятаться и неожиданно выбежать на дорогу.
Детей вовлекают через мессенджеры в закрытые чаты. Присылают видео, подстрекают, обещают лайки, подписки и виртуальное вознаграждение. Все обставлено как квест – с заданиями и уровнями. Стоит отметить, что информация о подобных группах, переписках это повод обратиться в полицию.
Сотрудники Госавтоинспекции в рамках и профилактических мероприятий и в ходе повседневной деятельности обращают внимание родителей о необходимости объяснять детям, что любые игры, проводимые вблизи дорог и трасс несут в себе массу рисков – от тяжелых травм до летального исхода.
Госавтоинспекция убедительно просит родителей как можно чаще беседовать с детьми, объяснять последствия таких «игр». Уделять внимание не только оценкам и бытовым потребностям, но и внутреннему миру ребенка. Будьте рядом, интересуйтесь, что смотрит, с кем общается, что обсуждает ваш ребенок.
Водителям при обнаружении на обочине или рядом с проезжей частью скопление подростков необходимо быть предельно внимательными, максимально сбросить скорость и сообщить об этом в дежурную часть отдельного спецбатальона ДПС по тел. 8 (8362)68-05-05.

В результате ДТП пешеход с травмами доставлен в больницу.
В 8.25 у д. 13 по ул. Юбилейная пгт. Новый Торъял Новоторъяльского округа 79-летняя пенсионерка, которая, как установлено предварительно, находилась на проезжей части без цели ее перехода, создала помеху в движении автомашине Lada Granta под управлением 59-летнего мужчины. В результате ДТП пешеход с травмами была госпитализирована.
Около 15.50 на тротуаре в Воскресенском парке г. Йошкар-Олы 40-летний мужчина, управляя моноколесом, по предварительным данным, не выбрал безопасную скорость движения и совершил наезд на 9-летнего велосипедиста. В результате ДТП ребенок с травмами доставлен в больницу.

В студию придёт старший инспектор отделения по пропаганде безопасности дорожного движения Управления Госавтоинспекции МВД по Марий Эл Светлана Журавлёва. Слушайте с 14 до 15 на 102.2 FM.
За прошедшие сутки сотрудники Госавтоинспекции пресекли 158 нарушений в области дорожного движения. Из участия в дорожном движении исключены 6 нетрезвых водителей, а также 8 нарушителей, управлявших транспортными средствами, будучи не имеющими или лишенными права управления. 10 транспортных средств помещены на специализированные стоянки. К ответственности привлечено около 30 водителей, нарушивших правила тонировки. Порядка 9 водителей не использовали ремни безопасности при передвижении.

Вопрос:Из-за ухудшения качества топлива на Ладе Весте решил удалить каталитический нейтрализатор в системе выпуска отработавших газов с перепрошивкой «мозгов». Не будет ли претензий со стороны сотрудников Госавтоинспекции?
– Приложение к Основным положениям по допуску транспортных средств к эксплуатации и обязанностям должностных лиц по обеспечению безопасности дорожного движения запрещает эксплуатацию автомобиля с некомплектной системой питания и выпуска отработавших газов, а также если содержание вредных веществ в отработавших газах и их дымность превышают установленные величины.
В условиях дорожного движения при отсутствии визуальных признаков идентифицировать удаленный каталитический нейтрализатор отработавших газов затруднительно, поэтому претензий со стороны сотрудников Госавтоинспекции, вероятно, не будет. Однако пройти технический осмотр такое транспортное средство шансов не имеет.
Кроме того, советую задуматься о комфорте и благополучии других участников движения, а также ваших близких, которым придется дышать загрязненным воздухом. С учетом изложенного рекомендую привести выпускную систему в соответствие с требованиями производителя транспортного средства.
