Напомним, страшная трагедия произошла 26 октября вблизи поселка Новоснежная в Слюдянском районе.
Как установили следователи, водитель автомобиля «Ниссан Пресаж» двигался в сторону Иркутска и не справился с управлением. Он выехал на встречку и столкнулся с «Тойотой Приус Альфа». От удара иномарку отбросило и она столкнулась с большегрузом «Ситрак C7H».
27-летняя пассажирка «Тойоты Приус Альфа» скончалась в автомобиле скорой помощи. Водителя и 4-летнего ребенка доставили в больницу.
После ДТП мужчина за рулем «Ниссан Пресаж» пытался скрыться с места происшествия. Сотрудники Госавтоинспекции задержали 40-летнего жителя поселка Выдрино.
Возбудили уголовное дело по статье о нарушении правил дорожного движения и эксплуатации транспортных средств, повлекшее по неосторожности смерть человека. Суд избрал меру пресечения в виде заключения под стражу, сообщили в областном МВД.

Управление ГИБДД информирует водителей об установке комплексов фото-видеофиксации нарушений ПДД. 4 камеры были передислоцированы с ранее установленных мест на следующие адреса:
- г. Улан-Удэ, напротив д. 15 пр-кт 50-летия Октября (нарушение движения по полосе, предназначенной для маршрутных транспортных средств);
- г. Улан-Удэ, вблизи д. 234 ул. Залесная, превышение скорости - ограничение 60 км/ч;
- Автодорога «Северобайкальск-Новый Уоян-Таксимо», 411км+130м (Муйский район, пгт. Таксимо), превышение скорости - ограничение 60 км/ч;
- г. Улан-Удэ, вблизи д. 33 ул. Борсоева (Виадук), превышение скорости - ограничение 60 км/ч, нарушение водителем правил применения ремней безопасности.
Также после модернизации на комплексах фото-видеофиксации добавлена функция фиксации нарушения водителем правил применения ремней безопасности по следующим адресам:
- Автодорога «Мухоршибирь-Бичура-Кяхта», 83 км + 750 м (Бичурский район, с. Бичура); - Подъезд от ФАД А-340 «Улан-Удэ - Кяхта - граница с Монголией» к г. Кяхта, 4 км + 062 м (г. Кяхта, Кяхтинский район); - Автодорога «Улан-Удэ - Турунтаево - Курумкан - Новый Уоян», 160 км + 100 м (Прибайкальский район, въезд в ТРЗ Пески); - Автодорога «Улан-Удэ - Турунтаево - Курумкан - Новый Уоян», 143 км + 700 м (Прибайкальский район, выезд из с. Гремячинск); - Автодорога «Улан-Удэ - Турунтаево - Курумкан - Новый Уоян», 186 км + 800 м (Прибайкальский район) Заиграевский район, п. Онохой, ул. Трактовая, 62-2.
Госавтоинспекция просит водителей быть внимательными на указанных участках, обращать внимание на установленные дорожные знаки и соблюдать Правила дорожного движения.
Заведение работало под видом магазина в микрорайоне Полигон. Операцию провели сотрудники экономической безопасности МВД и Росгвардии.
Во время визита правоохранителей в помещении играли в покер и рулетку. Оперативники изъяли фишки, карты, игровые наборы, три покерных стола, стол для рулетки и 25 тыс. рублей.
По версии следствия, организатором был 47-летний мужчина. Около года он проводил незаконные игры и заработал примерно 150 тыс. рублей.
Мужчина признал вину. Уголовное дело отправили в суд.
⚡️ Ветеран СВО стал главой сельского поселения «Енхорское»
В Джидинском районе главой сельского поселения «Енхорское» избран Булат Чагдуров - ветеран боевых действий, участник специальной военной операции. Решение принял Совет депутатов поселения. Булат Владимирович родился в 1991 году в селе Боций, школу окончил в Енхоре, затем получил высшее образование в сельскохозяйственной академии.
Его путь в армии начался в 2010 году со срочной службы, а уже в 2012‑м он заключил контракт. Служил в Хабаровске, бывал в командировках на Северном Кавказе и в Казахстане. В 2013 году Булату Чагдурову присвоили статус ветерана боевых действий, а в 2014‑м он получил право носить «Краповый берет». В 2022 году отправился в зону СВО. За проявленную службу награждён рядом наград — в том числе медалями «За службу на Кавказе», «За ратную доблесть», «За участие в специальной военной операции» и «За храбрость II степени».
⚡В Бурятии женщина с деменцией, сбежавшая из больницы в одном халате, скончалась от переохлаждения.
Тункинский районный суд обязал медицинское учреждение выплатить компенсацию морального вреда ее дочери. Суд установил, что за пациенткой должным образом не следили, а в работе больницы были выявлены нарушения. Изначально дочь погибшей требовала 2 миллиона рублей, но суд присудил 300 тысяч.
