В Ртищевском районе Саратова вынесли приговор очередной "черной вдове", воспользовавшейся гибелью фиктивного мужа. Об этом сообщает региональная прокуратура.
В ходе судебных заседаний выяснилось, что в 2024 году 57-летняя женщина заключила фиктивный брак с местным жителем, ушедшим исполнять свой воинский долг и впоследствии погибшим на СВО.
При этом каких-то намерений создавать семью и вести совместное хозяйство у осужденной не было. Более того, она не была знакома с родственниками военнослужащего и даже не посетила его похороны.
После гибели "супруга" женщина представила в уполномоченные органы лживые сведения о наличии законного брака для получения государственных и страховых выплат. В результате махинаций "черная вдова" незаконно получила более 9 млн рублей.
Кроме того, мошенница пыталась получить от страховой компании единовременную выплату на 5 млн рублей. Однако обман был раскрыт, и перечисление денег было своевременно приостановлено.
Судом аферистка признана виновной по ч. 3 ст. 159.2 УК РФ (мошенничество при получении выплат), ч. 3 ст. 30, ч. 4 ст. 159.2 УК РФ (покушение на мошенничество при получении выплат). Ей назначено 3 года лишения свободы с отбыванием в исправительной колонии общего режима. Кроме того, были удовлетворены иски о взыскании с осужденной причиненного ущерба.
УЧАСТНИКА ОПГ ПРИГОВОРИЛИ К 14 ГОДАМ 6 МЕСЯЦАМ ЛИШЕНИЯ СВОБОДЫ
Как сообщает пресс-служба Балашовского районного суда, в прошлом году неустановленный «руководитель» создал организованную группу для сбыта наркотиков в Балашове через интернет-магазин, используя известный мессенджер. В состав вошли «куратор», «оптовый закладчик», «розничный фасовщик» П. и иные лица.
«Участники общались дистанционно, распределив роли: «руководитель» управлял финансами и закупками, «куратор» обучал персонал и вел продажи, «оптовый закладчик» фасовал оптовые партии, а П. готовил «разовые» закладки.
Не позднее 3 февраля 2026 года «руководитель» приобрел не менее 1,15 г наркотиков и поместил их в тайник на территории города Москвы. По цепочке («куратор» - «оптовый закладчик» - «перевозчик») наркотическое средство доставили в город Балашов, поместив в тайник, откуда П. изъял наркотик, расфасовал его, оборудовал тайник, координаты которого отправил «куратору». «Куратор» сбыл наркотическое средство, направив сообщение покупателю с адресом, описанием и фотографией тайника.
Кроме того, в 2026 году «руководитель» приобрел 20,75 г наркотиков. Схема повторилась: «оптовый закладчик» забрал и расфасовал партию в Москве, «перевозчик» доставил наркотик в Балашов и поместил в тайник, а П. забрал наркотическое средство, расфасовал его не менее чем в пять полимерных свертков и в не менее 2 стеклянных банок. 19 мая 2026 года П. был задержан, наркотическое средство изъято. Таким образом, преступный умысел не был доведен до конца в связи с задержанием П.», - информирует ведомство.
Приговором от 15 октября 2026 года, с учетом данных о личности злоумышленника, наличия смягчающих и отягчающих обстоятельств, он признан виновным в совершении ряда преступлений. Суд назначил ему наказание в виде лишения свободы на срок 14 лет 6 месяцев с отбыванием в исправительной колонии строгого режима. Приговор в законную силу пока не вступил.
