И снова об одностороннем движении, часть 2. Уже давно хотел поделиться информацией о деталях проекта одностороннего движения в старом городе, которые возможно существенно осложнят дорожную ситуацию. Эту информацию предоставил замминистра транспорта, когда в июле приезжал в Коломну по просьбе одного из жителей. Так что ей можно верить. Речь идёт об установке светофоров ( некоторые вызывные с кнопкой чисто для пешеходов, некоторые возможно и для машин) на пешеходных переходах, которые сейчас являются нерегулируемыми ( без светофора). Так вот, на улице Красногвардейской, по которой будет организовано одностороннее движение в сторону Москвы и где сейчас вообще НЕТ светофоров ( поскольку там небольшой поток пешеходов и с ними вроде бы не было никаких ДТП), будет установлено аж целых 7 светофоров!!! Каждый из них будет включаться, как минимум, на 20 секунд ( как сейчас работают многие подобные светофоры), умножаем на 7 ( когда вдруг они включатся одновременно) и получаем сколько? Вот именно! Помимо улицы Красногвардейской 3 НОВЫХ пешеходных светофора буду установлены и на улице Октябрьской революции ( на участке от Мемориального парка до улицы Яна Грунта), время их работы будет тоже не меньше 20 сек. Ещё, помимо проблемы со светофорами, по улице Красногвардейской будет запущено движение общественного транспорта ( автобусов) с автостанции в Голутвине в направлении Озёрского шоссе ( сейчас большинство этих автобусов ещё ходят с автостанции у "1000 мелочей"). И это порядка 25-30 маршрутов! И это порой не малогабаритные маршрутки, а полноразмерные автобусы, которые должны будут вписаться в узкую улочку (которую сейчас сузят на треть), и в 2 поворота на 90* на улице Непобедимого. И это ещё не всё. Количество полос движения с ныне существующих 6 ( суммарно в обоих направлениях: 4+2) будет уменьшено до 4 ( 2+2) и ширина самих полос тоже будет уменьшена с 5 до 3,7 метра. То есть, общая ширина дороги- и по Красногвардейской и по Октябрьской революции- будет уменьшена на 30%! И после всех этих очень показательных факторов, которые говорят сами за себя, жителям города пытаются доказать ( от чиновников нашей администрации до чиновников в областном Минтрансе и сотрудников НИиПИ градостроительства, которые и создали тот недопроект), что никаких проблем одностороннее движение не создаст, всё будет хорошо и даже, что пропускная способность этого участка дороги возрастёт и трафик поедет быстрее аж на целых 2 минуты!!! Господа, с какого перепугу он поедет быстрее??? Этот вопрос задавался уже тыщу раз, но до сих пор на него НИКТО не ответил, кроме смешной фразы: "ученым ( из НИИ) надо верить". Самое интересное, что сейчас в Москве активно переделывают некоторые проблемные участки дорог, делая переразметку: ширина самой полосы сужается, НО появляется дополнительная полоса движения. Вместо 3 полос получается 4. И пропускная способность действительно возрастает! Почему в Коломне эта простейшая дорожная логика переворачивается кверху ногами?
