По крайней мере, с тех пор когда это был ещё военный аэродром Шереметьевский, в 1940-е.
До сих пор объявляли сигнал "Ковёр" - из-за угроз появления дронов в воздушном периметре аэропорта.
Воздушная тревога - это угроза нанесения удара по аэропорту и уже другой уровень опасности.
Тот, кто отдает приказы в 404 атаковать действующий гражданский аэропорт - по всем нормам законодательства (хоть национального, хоть международного) - является военным преступником и террористом. Тут и обсуждать нечего.
