Уточняется, что под его командованием подразделения освобождали территории ЛНР, в том числе Лисичанск. Эседулла Абачев родился в Хивском районе Дагестана. После окончания Харьковского гвардейского высшего танкового командного училища он посвятил свою жизнь защите интересов страны. Участвовал в боевых действиях на Северном Кавказе, вооруженном конфликте в Южной Осетии в 2008 году, военной операции России в Сирии и в специальной военной операции.
Указ подписал Президент России Владимир Путин. Нового руководителя представил заместитель Генерального прокурора РФ Сергей Бажутов.
Старший советник юстиции Полубояров окончил ОмГУ в 1998 году, с 1997 по 2020 год служил в прокуратуре Омской области, а до назначения был заместителем прокурора Краснодарского края.

В октябре мы поздравили с вековым юбилеем удивительную женщину — Пелагею Петровну Шунину.
История Пелагеи Петровны — это пример стойкости и активной гражданской позиции. Несмотря на почтенный возраст, она не остается в стороне от общественной жизни Луганской Народной Республики. Имеет статус ветерана труда СССР, Защитник Отечества и другие награды.
В ходе общения Пелагея Петровна обратилась к координатору проекта «Старшее поколение» партии «Единая Россия» Андрею Николаевичу Уразгильдееву с просьбой о помощи. Ветерану были необходимы инвалидная коляска и гигиенические средства (памперсы).
Сегодня, в рамках проекта «Старшее поколение» вместе с Андрей Николаевич Уразгильдеев и президентом Союза содействия развитию промышленности и торговлии ЛНР Натальей Гончаровой передали необходимую помощь юбилярше.

Мы живём в эпоху, когда ближайший собеседник — это мигающий курсор в окне чата. Он не осудит, не перебьёт, ответит в ту же секунду. И мы несём ему самое сокровенное: резюме с домашним адресом, выписки из клиники, куски рабочего кода, который завтра должен увидеть свет. Удобно? Бесконечно. Безопасно? Увы, нет.
Вот в чём тихий подвох.
Он не забывает. Вы закрыли вкладку, выключили ноутбук, ушли пить чай. А текст остался — где-то там, на чужом сервере, в чужих логах, в чьей-то будущей обучающей выборке. Слова, однажды сказанные машине, редко исчезают бесследно.
Он знает больше, чем вы думаете. Вы старательно стёрли фамилию — и вздохнули с облегчением. Но в тексте остались номер договора, редкая должность, название компании, три медицинских показателя. Этого довольно, чтобы за штрихами проступило лицо. Обезличить — не значит спрятать.
Стены в интернете тоньше, чем кажутся. Утечки пользовательских чатов уже случались. То, что вы отправили «на минутку, спросить совета», может пережить и ваш проект, и ваш пароль, и вашу уверенность в собственной осторожности.
А для компании — это и вовсе минное поле. Коммерческая тайна, клиентские базы, внутренние документы, исходники. Всё это, брошенное в публичный чат-бот, — уже не шалость, а нарушение NDA и головная боль для отдела безопасности.
✅ Как быть мудрее:
— Меняйте имена на маски: «Иван Иванов» → «Сотрудник А», «ООО Ромашка» → «Компания X». — Вычёркивайте номера, адреса, даты рождения, идентификаторы — всё, что тянет за собой ниточку к живому человеку. — Для чувствительного — локальные модели или корпоративные решения с договором об обработке данных. — Загляните в настройки: можно ли запретить сервису учиться на вашей истории.
ИИ — прекрасный собеседник. Но доверяйте ему задачи, а не тайны.
Правило простое, как дверной замок: если вы не рассказали бы это случайному прохожему — не рассказывайте и чат-боту

Депутатский корпус избрал: • председателем Социального комитета депутата Народного Совета Величко Максима Сергеевича; • председателем Комитета по обороне депутата Народного Совета Резанова Юрия Александровича.
Напомню, что 25 сентября текущего года ЦИК РФ подвела итоги выборов в Государственную Думу, по результатам которых предыдущий председатель Социального комитета Иван Санаев и предыдущий председатель Комитета по обороне Ян Лещенко вошли в состав нижней палаты Федерального Собрания.
Пополнение во фракции "Единая Россия" в Народном Совете
В заседании Народного Совета впервые приняли участие три новых депутата – Дмитрий Чайкин, Наталья Сергун и Анна Пронь-Нестеренко.
Спикер Парламента Денис Мирошниченко поприветствовал законодателей, вручил им удостоверения и нагрудные знаки депутатов Народного Совета и пожелал продуктивной работы на благо Луганской Народной Республики и Великой России.
В рамках заседания депутатский корпус утвердил новый состав комитетов Народного Совета: 🔹Дмитрий Чайкин вошел в состав Комитета по бюджету; 🔹Наталья Сергун — в состав Комитета по экономической политике; 🔹Анна Пронь-Нестеренко — в состав Социального комитета.
Также парламентарии определили территории, на которых новые депутаты будут взаимодействовать с избирателями. Дмитрий Чайкин и Наталья Сергун будут осуществлять представительскую деятельность в Луганском городском округе, а Анна Пронь-Нестеренко – в Стахановском городском округе.
