Reporting directly to the CEO and shareholders, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving finance transformation, supporting M&A activities, integrating acquired businesses, and building the organizational and financial foundations required to sustain the Group’s next phase of expansion.
Location: North-East Italy
Sector: Food Manufacturing / FMCG
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record as CFO within complex environments, ideally Private Equity-backed, with strong exposure to acquisitions, post-merger integration, business planning, treasury management, and finance transformation. A hands-on leadership style, strong business acumen, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing and entrepreneurial environment are essential.
