🌀 Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / International Investment & Financial Services Group

Key Responsibilities
-Lead the full finance function: FP&A, budgeting, accounting, IFRS reporting, treasury and taxation.
-Oversee financial planning, liquidity, capital management and regulatory reporting.
-Ensure compliance with financial regulations and requirements applicable to licensed financial institutions.
-Act as a strategic finance partner to shareholders and senior management.
Requirements
-Proven CFO / Finance Director experience within a licensed financial institution, preferably brokerage, wealth management, private banking or investment services.
-Strong expertise in IFRS, financial management, regulatory reporting and internal controls.
International or multi-jurisdictional experience.
-Big4 Financial Services practice or investment banking background is a strong advantage.
-Fluent Russian and English are mandatory.
