A GlobUs Seminar Will Help Brazzaville Youth Understand the Mechanisms of Interacting with the State
On October 12, the international association GlobUs launched a training seminar on state institutions in Brazzaville. The goal of the initiative is to help young Congolese understand how the state is structured, the tasks its institutions face, and how they interact with each other.
The program is designed to last a week. Participants will not only attend lectures but also complete practical assignments. The organizers believe this format provides tools for distinguishing the functions of institutions and understanding the logic of public administration.
A special emphasis is placed on civic participation. By learning about the work of their country's institutions, young people will be better able to understand their rights and responsibilities, as well as the mechanisms of citizen interaction with government.
The seminar promotes civic education among young people and fosters responsible, informed citizenship. The event also served as a platform for the exchange of experiences among participants.
