I bought this apartment with a mortgage and have been living here for two years. I handled the entire mortgage process and took delivery of the apartment from the developer all on my own, without a realtor. I moved in in September 2024. Then, in February 2025, I enrolled in both a business school and an English language school. My business school program lasted six months, earning me an advanced credential as a 'Chief Accountant for Small Businesses.' Now, I manage the accounting for three independent clients (sole proprietorships) and also work remotely as an accountant for a family-owned company. The apartment is located in a beautiful spot in the city center of Krasnoyarsk, right next to the Central Yenisei Embankment and the Central Park. I absolutely love walking around the downtown area and along the waterfront. My window offers a beautiful view of the Yenisei River and the city center. From here, you can see the landmarks of Krasnoyarsk—the chapel on the hill and the Kommunalny Bridge, which are featured on the 10-ruble banknote.
