❗️❗️❗️IMPORTANT UPDATE: New Rules for Medical Examination of International Students (3-6 year)

Please read these new rules carefully. They will help you complete the medical examination quickly and correctly.

1️⃣ You do everything yourself! If you are in your 3rd–6th year of study, you must complete all the tests and examinations yourself.
2️⃣ No police! You don’t need to go to the police. You just need to get tested at the hospitals.
3️⃣ Start with the HIV Center 🩸
• This is your first stop. Here you will begin processing your documents and do your first tests.
🩻❗This is MANDATORY to get a fluorography done ONLY at the HIV center. If you don’t do it there, the results won’t be sent to the police.
4️⃣ Don’t lose the number for the drug test! At the HIV center, you will be given a special number. It is needed to take a drug test at another hospital.
5️⃣ The results are electronic. The hospitals will send all your results to the police themselves. You do not need to pick up the paper results.

❓What to bring with you?

Prepare TWO sets of documents. One set is needed for the HIV center, the other for the Narcological Dispensary.
Each set includes copies of the following documents:
• Passport: first page (with your photo and basic details)
• Translation of the passport: only the first page, where your first and last name are written in Russian
• Migration card
• Registration
• Visa (if you have a visa)

Also bring with you:
• 2 pairs of shoe covers

❓How much does it cost?

• At the HIV center (general tests and fluorography): 3,850 rubles
• At the Narcological Dispensary (drug test): 3,000 rubles.
Important: the cost of the HIV center includes a blood test and an X‑ray/fluorography, even if you already have recent results.
Payment: bank card is preferred, but cash is also accepted.

📌 After the examination:
• Once you have completed all the tests, be sure to inform the staff of the Department of International Relations (office #29).
