I am the prophet with the answers you seek
Time, I've unlocked it, I see past and future running free
There is a world where I help you get home
But that's not a world I know

which prophet? Tiresias

Tiresias was a blind prophet who told the truth about the future because the gods gave him that power – even when nobody wanted to believe him.

Prophet VS Oracle

A prophet is a person who speaks for a god, while an oracle is the place, priestess, or message through which the god speaks.
To make it even simpler:
Prophet = the speaker / Oracle = the channel
