A whimsical flat-color cartoon scene on a clean white background: a tall tree-like humanoid with textured brown bark, twig details and a sorrowful face stands centered while a small Russian construction worker kneels at his left leg painting the lower half of the tree-man white with a brush; the worker wears a dark knit beanie, orange safety vest over a green long-sleeve shirt, gray pants and brown shoes, and a metal paint can sits on the ground beside him with drips of white paint; the tree-man has realistic wood grain patterns, small buds and knots, muscular bark anatomy, and the paint covers his legs in rough brushstrokes resembling birch bark or snow; simple thick outlines, minimal shading, muted earthy and pastel colors, playful satirical tone, clean composition with ample white space and the Cyrillic caption "Грут в России" centered beneath the characters in a bold, friendly sans-serif style.
